      Milgard has ghosted me for months on a warranty claim. I've contacted them multiple times via email and phone. Moreover, I have documented/submitted everything they've requested to date. Furthermore, I've had 9 windows fail (Low-E coatings/seals) prematurely. This is unacceptable and troublesome for a homeowner...

      We give the service person, ****, an A+. He was efficient, personable, explained the issue involved, showed us the parts that broke in our lock (we are interested in all things mechanical) and generally did a fine job. We are very happy with his work (and his working) at our house and urge Milgard to treat him like a valuable asset.

      First I want to say, I love my new windows. They make my house look so much better. I notice how quiet my house is now. I had an issue with one skinny small bathroom window that tilted. An agent called me within 1 or 2 days and arranged an appointment to fix the window. The technician arrived promptly and was able to correct the problem within 20 minutes. Thank you for your good service. *********************
