      as on time, texted me that he was on his way. When arrived he isolated the issue, removed the faulty window, when to his truck made the necessary glass ************ and re installed. He explained to me the removal steps for future cleaning of window. Very polite and Professional.************

      I had an out of warranty issue with my double sliding French doors latching after 8 years of living on the beach (sand and saltwater exposure) and the technician fixed the problem and gave me ideas on how to maintain them better.

      Arrived within the window previously scheduled. The technician was very knowledgeable and perform the repair quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this companies technicians.

      Installer was great. The only issue was the stripped crank on the patio door that was refused to be repaired. It had the same insignia on the handle as all the Milgard windows, yet, we were told they didn't do the door. Then why would it have that hardware?? That was quite disappointing. It looks like we will have to replace the entire door, just because of the closure mechanism. And, the installer said they don't make those anymore, so I understand that, but it was supposed to be covered on the guarantee. We will be building a new house, so not likely to choose these windows again. It took 2 years to get through to anyone to come to our rural location to fix all the broken seals.
