      I'm very happy with the technician who performed warranty service on my windows. He is very courteous, professional, and efficient. He left the job site clean and performed the work in a timely manner.

      My experience has been excellent! The technician that came out to evaluate whether my windows met their quality standards and mine was straightforward and readily recognized that the windows were sub standard. No excuses, no arguments - just accountability. He got the ball rolling on replacements and the crew that came to do the work was equally impressive. Awesome!

      The lifetime warranty is a plus. Leadtime is a little long but in and out (less than 30 minutes) to replace the window when it was scheduled.

      Milgard has the most exceptional customer service of any company I have experienced anywhere worldwide. Milgard's lifetime guarantee is real and they stand behind it. Unlike most companies that create a thousand obstacles and require minute levels of historical records in order to exercise a lifetime guarantee - and even if you comply they often do not follow through - Milgard actually intentionally makes it easy to make good on their lifetime guarantee. Everything went smoothly and the windows with broken seals were replaced without argument or hassle. Most companies have a very short term attitude towards their past commitments. Most companies also count on their customers being impressed by the words "lifetime guarantee" but then never using it when the product fails. Milgard is the opposite. Why? I don't work for Milgard, but I am guessing that they have really good data that when they treat customers well and demonstrate that they back their products, that those customers keep coming back. I know that in my case, I will now ONLY buy windows from Milgard. They have earned my loyalty. And I will also always recommend Milgard to others.Let me add one other little antidote here. I had forgotten about Milgard's lifetime warranty. The family business I hire each year to wash all of the windows on my house pointed out the seals that were broken on two of my windows and they reminded me that Milgard offers a lifetime guarantee. The owner of the business said, "Milgard is really great about backing their guarantee. You should contact them."Now, why is that important? This family window washing business does a thousand homes per year, if not more. They tell their customers that Milgard makes great windows and they back their lifetime guarantee. So, the word about good customer service gets around. And that drives more business for Milgard. Which explains why Milgard is such a successful business and has been for a long time.
