      I was pleasantly surprised that it was so easy to arrange having my windows replaced!The two men who came to do the work were extremely nice, respectful and efficient! It looks like I have brand new windows again!I will recommend Milgard windows to everyone. Thank you for being an ethical, honorable company. That is not common these days.

      I have called at least 5x for them to stop putting flyers in my mailbox. Either noone cares or they are incompetent. My next call is to the next highest level which I'm trying to find. I'm sick of being harassed by this company. If I was going to buy windows it will never be from this company. I'm thinking of consulting an attorney

      It took Milgard over 1 year to complete my warranty issue. 4 Months to acknowledge the claim. 3 months to schedule appointment. They ordered the WRONG slider replacement. 3 Months to wait for another appointment. They cancelled appointment, door not in stock. 3 more months to wait for another appointment. They cancelled appointment AGAIN, door still not in stock. After 1 year the door was finally replaced. They had to swap out hardware because the door shipped did not match the hardware on the frame. The were able to install, we will see if the hardware stands up to the swap.

      They dont deserve any stars! They will not help us. Saying our lifetime guarantee is over. Seriously?? Our window is leaking and full of mildew!

      Our windows had started to sweat internally and/or develop a silver film on the outside after 5+ years. I put in a claim and within weeks Milgard came to our home and replaced all of our damaged windows at no charge. The installation team was excellent! Very courteous and professional, and were in and out in less than 4 hours (30 windows replaced). Milgard.. thanks for training your people well in their trade and in customer service. Thank you also for standing behind your warranty without question.
