      The window frame veneer repair was quick and appears to be solid. My only concern is that it took months and months for Milgard to find a local vendor who could do the repair.

      Repair tech, replaced our 2 broken dual window pane sections quickly and efficiently. He was professional and pleasant. He was all done in about half and hour. Great that he let us know the day before about the 2 hour arrival window and a 15 min heads up the day of the service. Very happy with Milgard's customer service in setting up the appointment which involved searching for the original order and especially the 100% window breakage warranty. We did have to wait about 1 1/2 mos for the repair though, which was ok because ***** was so nice & did a great job. Kudos to Milgard!Thank you!

      The Technician was much earlier than original appointment which was very much appreciated. He was friendly and pleasant to speak with and answered all our questions. The window was replaced quickly and he cleaned up and left no mess behind. Overall, our experience from phone calls to technician was excellent, quick and professional. Thank you!

      The ******* that pulled our old window out and replaced it with new glass did a great job and did it very quickly, probably here less than 30 minutes. They cleaned up and left no scrapings they had from removing the old glass. Very satisfied with the service. The customer service rep that set the appointment was very courteous and pleasant to work with.*****************
