      Our 14-year-old bedroom center window developed a leaking seal, recently, leaving "handprints" between the thermal pane sealed glass. We submitted our request for original owner warranty service replacement. Technician (*************************) arrived on scheduled date, on time. He came equipped with a direct replacement window. He completed the entire removal and replacement process within 45 minutes. Efficient, professional, friendly and courteous service by the Tech. I had also requested service help to remove the screens on 5 of our large sliding windows. They were extremely tight. Our Tech was successful in removing each screen, straightened the frames and reinstalled each. I can now remove the screens without fear of damaging them. Many thanks to our Tech and Milgard for their excellent and courteous service.

      Best window company ever. Had both my patio doors updated with rails and rollers. Techs were able to realign the locks and I can open them with a touch of a finger. Always on time or even earlier than planned. Both techs got to visit with a few deer in the yard during their visit as well. Great group of people to work with and the lifetime warranty is a game changer.Thank you

      So grateful that the tech came prepared to fix the glass while he was here and it tool less than 20 minutes for him to remove the defective door pane and replace it with the new one. apparently the low e coating for the glass was installed on the wrong side or vice versa. At any rate he had the new pane on the truck and FIXED IT!. I was very impressed and grateful.Thank you Milgard!*****************

      ***** the technician was amazing. Arrived on time with a neat clean truck, He replaced a window with a failed seal and went the extra mile checked and replaced a wheel with a flat spot. He checked a 6 ft slider and trimmed some excess weather stripping. we will always recommend Milgard to friends outstanding service and follow up Please let him know he is appreciated

      I just had my windows installed last week. The installers did a great job. I noticed the "snap-in-covers" that the window slides on had gaps on either sides of varying sizes. Since one window had minimal gaps of 1/8" on both sides, it would make sense that the others should be like that as well. Having larger gaps is just another place for dirt to get trapped, making it harder to keep it clean. When a warranty request was filed to replace the tracks with better fitting pieces for 6 (of 14) windows, they just blew me off and said they could center them, but there was nothing wrong with having gaps.I had been warned by someone that Milgard's customer service was terrible for them. The place where I purchased the windows was great and they tried to help me, but unfortunately even they couldn't get anywhere with customer service.

      Great service. Good communication throughout two window replacements at two different times. We were not home for either, just left the key ****************** and **** came in, did the necessary window replacements. A very nice and professional person. Can't ask for better customer service. Very comfortable having **** in the house when we were not present. Thanks Milgard and thank you ****.

      5-Starts for the Service Tech who was GREAT - very nice and efficient and did a great job! Thank you!3 stars is because of the length of time it always takes and seems to take to get the actual ****** tech out AND it almost always takes 2 service tech trips to finally get the work completed. So overall rating is 4-stars.
