      Today we had warranty covered window replacements for the 3rd time and it was another good experience. We know the drill-fill out the request form online, wait a couple of months and then they schedule an appointment to install. All went according to plan and the job was completed quickly. ****, who remembered us from the last set of replacements, was prompt, pleasant, informative and efficient. He was also considerate and neat! We have been in this home 27 years and the warranty has been wonderful.

      Despite several problems with the final design of the window being replaced, everyone worked hard at fixing the error ad communicated well. The installation was smooth and the 2 men doing the job were courteous and professional.

      Great warranty experience - took just a few weeks after request to get custom replacement window pane for glass breakage. ***** showed up on time and was courteous and efficient. He adjusted a door latch and lock, replaced the broken window pane, and cleaned ** in under 30 minutes! I can't believe it took me so long to put in a service request. I have never had a better warranty experience!

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have scheduled for a window replacement 5 times and not showed up of called the morning of install and said they needed to cancel. It has been 1 year since this has started. No call back from the claim being expedited.

      As a goodwill gesture, Milgard reps came to clean and restore my vinyl window frames. I have instruction to continue the maintenance on my own. They were quick, thorough and efficient!
