      We ordered a replacement window when one of our new windows cracked. The day it was to be installed, we got a call that it was broken as they were loading it on the truck. About six weeks later, after not hearing anything, we contacted Milgard and **************** to get an update. Much to our surprise, we found out that the window was ready and being installed the next day. No one had called or emailed us to let us know. The next day, ******* showed up on time and installed the replacement window. Even though communication could have been better, ultimately the window was replaced and that it was matters most.

      The window and sliding doors are a great product. However, we purchased them including installation through *********** Never again. The coordination was terrible. The issues started with the first delivery where two of the sliding doors were incorrect. One had the wrong handles the other was the wrong sized door. Not sure who caused those issues. The replacement door took another 6 months before it was delivered. Obviously, no rush was put on the replacement door. But when that arrived it also was wrong. One of the panels was the wrong type, so several more months went by before being replaced. It took a total of 7 appointments to complete the install which means we had to be home 7 different times. One of two time I could understand, but seven! We placed the order 0n October 29th, 2021. We had the final parts installed and completed by a Milgard tech on May 26th, 2023, 19 months later.

      May 25, 2023. The warranty service has been excellent. It tool 15 minutes to replace foggy dual-panel window

      I have had a lot of different guys show up in the past 16 years and most have been perfectly friendly and capable. This last time I got two young guys. One has been here before and no problem but this time, he came with a sullen unhappy untalkative partner who had O customer service skills. I also got accused of lying because they didn't think they saw any evidence of a window that had a broken seal and had fogged up. I have never had to take a picture of anything to prove myself, I just call customer service and give them the measurements and they send a man out. That is what I did this time too but when the boys showed up, they decided I was trying to get over on them. I honestly do not remember the last time I have been this insulted. The window finally fogged up again and I did get pictures of it and finally got it replaced by the same two boys who called me a liar.....the sullen one came back just as ****** and neither boy thought to apologize. Not happy with Milgard right now.

      Overall, the service has been very good. The attention to detail is excellent. One little hick-up and that was caught by the installer and corrected. Other issues with the windows are to be expected after 20 years in place. Thank you Milgard.

      Couldn't be happier. Two gentlemen came and got the job done. Nice guys to chat with and the job was very well done. I could not ask for more.
