      We had a failure on our locking mechanism for a sliding glass door. It was three years old and still under warrantee. They sent a technician out who was very professional. He fixed out problem quickly and to our satisfaction. We could not have asked for better service.

      The individual servicing my window was great and I was very glad he could quickly replace the window in one trip.From a perspective about how the corporation did, it might be only 2 or 3 stars at best. the wait for service was 7 weeks! The ability to communicate with Milgard is also impaired by the way they've set up their system. It is too hard to communicate with a real person and to communicate in real time. It's way too much asynchronous electronic communication. Not the way to DISCUSS a repair
