  ****** and **** are excellent. Arrived right on time as scheduled. Replaced window and fixed another damaged crank in record time. Very professional and efficient. They are great ambassadors for Milgard. I have recommended Milgard to many friend and others. Thanks to Milgard for employing such great employees. Both in office and service staff. **** and ******.

  We have a lifetime warranty on our windows with Milgard. They have always stood behind their product and the service has been fantastic. All of the technicians are always very professional and respectful and do a great job! Very pleased with our windows and Milgard!

  While the gentlemen who took care of our "issue" today were prompt, kind, and efficient, this was replacement try #3 for one of our slider doors. We ordered two sliders, with each sliding panel to have a 1 x 3 grid in it. During the original install in Nov 2022, we discovered that only 3 of the 4 panels were correct, while the other one had no grid at all. A new panel was ordered and arrived about 8 weeks later with an incorrect 2 x 3 grid in it. A third panel was ordered and it arrived about six weeks later in white (all our windows and doors are black) and with the wrong grid style. Another new one was ordered, and FINALLY, a correct one arrived today and was installed efficiently by the technicians. Questions...- How could someone not catch that 1 of 4 panels was blatantly incorrect in the first place?- Why did someone not catch that the first replacement wasn't spec'd correctly?- Why did someone not catch that the second replacement wasn't spec'd correctly?- Why did it take 20+ weeks to finally resolve our issue (after about 16 weeks waiting for the doors and windows in the first place)?After the second replacement was incorrect, I asked the technician if I would be placed "in the front of the line" since we've had these issues and have waited so long? He responded with, "There is no front of the line -- we are having a LOT of issues that need resolved." NOT a comforting response for a customer. While we are generally pleased with our windows and doors overall, this "slider issue" ranks as one of the worst customer service experiences of my (long) life.

  Exceptional !We asked Milgard to look after some failed thermopane panels, which they did, quickly, efficiently and competently. Wish I could give them 10 Stars !I'll only use Milgard for future purchases, they've more than earned my loyalty.I couldn't be any happier with their products and service, they're just fantastic !
