  ******** We have had several windows replaced in our home after failure. The installers are always clean, efficient, and friendly. They take care knowing that they are invited guests. I can't say enough about their professionalism. The ************************** has not gotten things correctly on the order. Had our bedroom tore up for three months. We received an e-mail that they were coming out to install the window only to have the service technician humbly apologize for the letter. He was only sent out to check the date of installation and measure the glass, not to install a window. Last time we had two windows to be installed. One of them had to be back ordered and that was ok. After a delay of 4 months the Technicians that were sent out had the same window that had been installed before. Fortunately, he had a window on the service truck that would fit, and he convinced the office to use it. I can't say enough about the Technicians that have to face the public. Not so much about the office Warranty Staff.

  Love my new windows. I had had old aluminum ones that let the heat out and cold in. I was amazed how quiet it became in my house with the new windows. And it's warmer. Within 10 months I had a stress crack in one of my large living room windows. I called, gave them the window order number and set an appointment date about 1 month out. It was easy, professional, no haggling. Albeit, when the technician arrived my window was missing the decorative inner grilles. So back to the factory. Another appointment was set up. Got it right this time. The tech was efficient and had it replaced in no time.I'm happy with my windows and the attentive service.

  My home was built in ****. Milgard has so far replaced 70% of my 20+ windows plus repaired my sliding glass doors. I have complained about their slow response at first (over 10 years ago) but find they have vastly improved. I just had 3 more windows replaced yesterday. Milgard honors their warranty and does so without question.The service personal are always friendly and very professional.

  The service gentleman to replace the bad panels, *****, was excellent! Very courteous, prompt, clean, and professional! I would like him to be my serviceman in the future. He gets five stars. Did you hear me, he gets FIVE stars.But right now.... Milgard doesn't. I am not happy with the response time to get the service this time. It took over 6 email requests to actually get a response from Milgard. A few years back, before *****, the response time for service request WAS excellent. Also, when I finally was able to get service and a date for service, the person that put the order in only ordered two panels for two big windows instead of all four panels for the two big windows requested. Now Milgard will have to come back with two more panels. This is not cost effective for Milgard or for me since I have to take off work again for the next visit. I ******************* can come back to complete the original order.

  Installed a new OXXO Trinsic Sliding Glass Door in our great room, really nice product and made a difference in the room. Lock did not function properly from day one. had it looked at by the glass company that glazed the new fixed window sections and they were unable to get it to function, but were able to get it secured. Put in a service/warranty request for the locking mechanism, took better part of two months to get an appointment from the Milgard company. The day of the appointment, the technician showed up as promised, pleasant, friendly, and ready to get the repair completed. 15 minutes later, the lock worked flawlessly. Great and personal technician, quick and skilled. Worth the wait, although frustrating to not have ongoing communication or information concerning the tiemframe for the repair.

  It took six months to get a sliding door screen installed. The first screen was made to wrong size. The second screen was wrong-sized. The warranty order for the third screen was lost. That was only discovered when I called after two months went by with no action. Another two months waiting to make a screen that fit. On the positive side, the installer was very competent.

  I put in a service request on a window pane that has a broken seal. The window has a lifetime warranty. I put in the request in November 2022. I have taken off 2 days of work and the service has been canceled the morning of the appointment. I have called numerous times without any answers. It is now April 2023 and my window is still not fixed and I do not have a service appointment scheduled. If you are purchasing windows I would choose another window company.

  This is a joke. They gave me the service department number to call. I have already called every other week since December to check on an update for my window repair. It is now the end of April. They always blow me off. This was ******* Windows response to help me-ridiculous. Please dont use this company for windows!
