      ****** did a great job in scheduling the initial inspection and **** did a great job in installing my window. I was completely satisfied from my initial contact to the time it took to have the window installed while honoring my warranty. We would all be better off if the customer service provided by ********************** was the rule rather than the exception.

      Ive had to have windows replaced a couple of times and they have always done a quick beautiful job, no questions asked, replacing them. Customer service is great.

      warranty service is spot on - i will not hesitate to buy windows from this company. you submit your window code and they will schedule a warranty replacement for a manufacturing defect. The first time, the window was incorrect so the second time the installer came with the right windows and replaced it very quickly 10 minutes per window.

      When trying to file a warranty claim, it took several weeks to get a service date set, and then that date was 4 months later -- a frustratingly long time to replace one window glazing! The guys showed up as scheduled yesterday and completed the job quickly and courteously. Thanks.

      We are very satisfied with Milgard Service. We purchased 10 Milgard windows for a remodel in 2014. One of the 10 windows developed 1) condensation between the glass panes and the lock, and 2) the lock failed. I requested that a case be opened in July, 2022 to fix the two problems. Milgard Service opened the case, asked for additional verifying information and then scheduled the service visit. The scheduler worked with us to schedule the visit for September 30, 2022, dafter we returned from being out of town. I requested that a lock replacement be sent to me to install for my home security in the meantime. On September 30, 2022, the technician arrived on schedule, completed the repairs, talked with us about leaving the window untouched for 24 hours. We appreciated the very good service and thanked the technician and we are very satisfied with Milgard's service. One bit of feedback for Service is that I found a small smear of adhesive on the glass that I easily removed with a scraper. Otherwise a 10.

      We have had to replace a window once and the handle on the sliding glass door. When workers arrived they took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I liked the fact the serviceman text me to let me know they were 15 minutes out.
