      Ive been shopping at Ashley Furniture for six years.and have furnished several rooms - worth thousands of dollars - with them. Until yesterday, my sales experience has always been great. However, the sales person yesterday at the store in *******, ******* (JAEDEN) was unhelpful and seemed to lose interest once he saw that I was only buying some room accents! They included a tray, two vases and two candle stands. I asked for a bag to put them in, and after first telling me he did not have a bag (I was supposed to carry 5 fragile items in my hands out of the store??) - he gave me one that didnt fit all purchases and didnt even bother to help me bag them!! I wont be going back to that particular store ever again, even though I went there because it was closest to my house.

      Had an excellent experience with Ashley. Right from the options, to picking up the product from the delivery warehouse, everything was smooth. Would definitely recommend Ashley!

      If I could give negative stars I 1000% would! This store is absolutely terrible! The first sofa and loveseat that I bought did not fit, despite being assured they would by the sales representative. I picked NEW couches and had to wait an entire week to get another delivery again. This time the sofa was damaged and the wrong color! I was put back on the schedule for THE FOLLOWING week YET AGAIN and when my delivery date came around I called them to see what time I could expect them and was told the sofa is ON BACK ORDER and I would have to come pick out new ones FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!! NO ONE CALLED ME NO ONE SAID ANYTHING AND TOMORROW IS THANKSGIVING! I HAVE NO WHERE FOR MY 92 YEAR OLD GREAT GRANDPARENTS TO SIT!!!! On top of all of this insanity the store won't even process my request to just return all their stuff and give me my money back for TWO DAYS because the store manager isn't here!!! I then tried to get ahold of someone at corporate and was given the wrong number 5 TIMES!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED EVER AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE YOUR COMPANY

Due to the other items (tables and chairs), the return request is denied as they were accepted and invoiced. Management refunded the delivery fee for the inconvenience.       So far I am happy with the assistance I received purchasing a bed and mattress. The items are back ordered and I haven’t received them yet so I will update later. I have received good assistance so far and Elizabeth was very helpful.

      I purchased some furniture totaling around $2000 in March 2023. Over a week ago my bed broke in half. I received an email from a customer rep requesting the serial number and couple of picture. I sent her the info and i haven't heard from her. Anyway I am very disappointed with the customer service and i need my bed replaced asap.       Poor customer service. After paying for a 5 year protection plan. Once I reported it and they refused to fix my issue. I have never been treated like this before Why pay extra for no service?
