      The delivery was absolutely horrible! They scheduled a delivery time between 4-7pm on a Friday night. I tried to call their customer service number and they were answered by people that could barely speak English. They were not very helpful and couldnt reschedule or change my delivery time. I ended up missing a day of work to be present for the delivery. The delivery drivers were very nice and professional!

      Good experience in store, sales person led us to just what we needed and what we could afford. She made vary nice. Will contact her again, when needed. Delivery was also excellent. On time and serviced as promised

      Was great sales lady was perfect. No complaints everything has a five year warranty and they sell stuff they have made and manufactured so the entire system is in house. Only place I found that had a good blend of Nordic design with a US flair.

      Purchase some items from you guys in October 2020 received partial items in November 20 ************************************************************************** January promise to get the rest and not receive said would not be available until April. Then they discounted my items because I wanted to refund pay the balance off receive the rest of my items immediately and now, three years later its showing on my credit report that we did not pay off the items but I have a receipt from your stores computer saying everything actually got canceled Trying to figure out where all my money went that I paid and why we have thousands of dollars sitting in collections for the same products they got canceled.

      Opted for white glove delivery. Items still sitting in boxes unassembled 5 weeks later. Was told by tech that was missing correct bolts for bed frame and dispatch would contact me to set up an appointment for a technician to return within 2-3 days (which such promise was the only reason I didn’t tell them to take the items away and refuse delivery). Turns out - when I googled the assembly instructions and parts list for the bed frame, since those weren’t left with the delivery - I’m actually missing parts that the technician didn’t point out to me (probably left in the truck where the bed frame boxes were unboxed). Technicians didn’t even bother with unboxing the mattress and foundation - just left. 3 phone calls to customer care later (including 2 where I have been hung up on while on hold), I have no communication with dispatch, no technician scheduled, no replacement parts, and multiple unassembled items. Customer service finally noted the missing items, but for some reason there seems to be a disconnect between noting that I need replacement parts and actually getting Ashley to take action and provide the parts and the labor that I paid for. I feel like I am getting scammed. At least I’m still within the chargeback window.

      I ordered a loveseat online to match my couch. The night I ordered it I received the confirmation and a delivery date of Sept. 20th. I called the number provided for questions and spoke to a young woman. I asked if there was any way to move my delivery date up. She looked and said the best she could do was move it up a week to the 13th. I agreed and she said it was rescheduled for the 13th. We spoke to Ashley online the night before and again the morning it was to be delivered to confirm. I rescheduled all other appointments to wait. By 4pm we were a bit annoyed to say the least so we called and were told we were scheduled for delivery on September 20th and it wasnt changed. I know differently and take offense to being told I was wrong when the fact is I was being lied to. After trying to fix the issue we finally were given two options to drive four hours to pick it up IF the store agreed to release it, or wait until the 20th. This wasnt acceptable. I will never buy from Ashley again.

      Shopping for furniture is not my favorite thing to do. That said, our sales person, Kathryn *, was very professional and an absolute delight to work with. We knew what we wanted and she was super helpful and friendly. We received our purchases within a week! Delivery was accomplished on schedule, and I loved having the ability to track their truck. Our very polite delivery team made delivery and set up look easy and were in and out before we knew it! We love our new queen sofa bed and end tables and will definitely be doing our future furniture shopping at Ashley (hopefully with Kathryn *).
