      Ordered about a month ago, Sahara Ave store, they promised to deliver everything in 2 weeks. Then the day of delivery we even received a cknfirmation of delivery of everything that we ordered however, we received an incomplete order. They didn't even bother to inform us that the other parts were backorders. we also noticed that they delivered and assembled a wrong bed ,. We went to the store and found out that they even billed us 2 qty of sofa. After waiting for another week with multiple follow ups they finally delivered the remaining furniture and replaced the wrong ones. The store lead doesn't reply to my emails, not answering our questions, in otherwords poor after sales service. The last delivery team who delivered the backorders were so nice and helpful though. Happy with the service of the LAST delivery team. Thumbs down to the store. It's very hard to contact them seriously! Might consider ordering in Bobs next time, I heared they have the same furnitures with ashley but way cheaper.

      Had a pleasant and efficient experience at *********, ** store with Mark. Was able to get sectional couch set up within one week of ordering. Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly, he was able to help us add more items to our order and delivered all together. Delivery guys were very quick and efficient, from truck they unboxed and carried it in. They set up the sectional how we pictured it.

      Needed a very specific item for my tiny space. Went in Sunday morning and was helped by Valeryia (sp?) She's a kick in the pants!!! Knew exactly what item I was looking for and took me straight to it. Did not try to talk me into things I don't want/need and handled the sale efficiently as well as setting up for the delivery. Delivery was easy peasy and the guys very sweet and courteous. My ModMax pieces were exactly what I was expecting...thank you:)

      I am a disabled combat veteran. I live in a 3 person houshold. I had a ($6400) 3 piece set delivered on 11/7/2024. I bought this set to replace my 2 ******** relicners that were over 10 years old, but still very comfortable. I had foot surgery on 11/8 and my 11 year old son was admitted to the hospital on 11/9. No one in my household except myself had access to this furniture until 11/18. On 11/19 I was in so much pain from sitting in this furniture, that I had to bring back my old ********. After a day of sitting in my old recliner, the pain caused by the Ashley Furniture had gone away.Similar to a bed, there is a adjustment period for furniture too. It took several days to figure out that the new Ashley furniture was causing me debilitating pain. I contacted the Ashley furniture store to inform them of my unique unfortunate situation. I purchased 2 recliners and one reclining sofa. I asked them if I could return just one of the recliners (the one that was never sat in) so that I may use my old recliner in the room that only has space for one sofa and two recliners.They told me that they after 72 hours all sales are final. How is that enough time for a disabled person to comfortably sit in something for the next 10 years? They offered for me to call corporate and I did. I got the same response and asked to escalate to a supervisor who gave the the same scripted information. I find it hard to believe that this huge company is unable to make one exception for a disabled person??? I'm not asking to return the whole set, I'm asking for a reasonable accomodation given this unique situation.I passed on the many companies I could have gone to. I even passed on a local company that was selling the same set for less money and a longer trial period.If this is how they make their money by using less than honorable tactics, I will never recommend nor buy from them again.

      My wife and I went to store on 3rd Nov to explore furniture that suits our home. We instantly met Pat who was very knowledgeable and patient in showing us all the options, listening to our requirements and finally making our decision easier to make the purchase. Pat is super good with her attitude and very positive way of explaining things.

      I spent a lot of money and they still charged me for delivery $300 and I only live 2 1/2 miles away another for hundred for warranty

      Waited at the customer service desk, no one in front of me, one worker on the phone and the other doing, don't know what, but didn't ask me what I wanted or tell me one moment. After a while, another worker from the floor offered to help, in the end no one in the store knew how to ring up my purchase. Had to come back 3 days later when there was someone who knew how to ring up the purchase. Still waiting for my items to come in. They need to have a better training program and that those working know how to support customers.

      I purchased four pieces of furniture from Ashley Furniture in ********, ***** the same day I moved into my apartment and paid for premium delivery on August 10, 2024. One item, the people who moved me into my apartment delivered for me as a favor because the store gave me a discount if I immediately took it. They schedule two other items for a couple of weeks later. They offered for me to take the ottoman myself. I told them I could not do that because I am disabled, and the people who moved me left. So I had the ottoman changed to delivery along with the other two remaining items which included an oversized chair and a chest of drawers. Long story shortened, here I am only six days short of three months since I purchased the furniture, and the ottoman and chest of drawers have yet to be delivered. They rescheduled delivery over and over again, at least four times. Ive actually lost count how many. I have come to the conclusion that they have no intentions of delivering my items. The ottoman is one of those items. I have concluded that they discriminated against me because I am disabled and wouldnt complain. I informed them specifically that I am disabled and could not get the ottoman myself. Instead of delivering it for me, they kept rescheduling for almost three months. Why is this discrimination? Because they told me the ottoman was in the warehouse right here in ********, which is only about a mile from my apartment. It would have taken little effort for them to bring it here. I paid for premium delivery. I have since requested a refund. Ashley furniture has the ability to do better. In my situation, they chose not to. I strongly suggest to stay away from Ashley furniture.

      I physically went to an Ashley store. Looked around a bit and bought a couch. It was delivered assembled and put in place as per their agreement. I couldnt be happier thanks, Ashley.
