      We had a great experience from the time we went in and to the time we left after making our bedroom furniture purchase. Quality of the furniture is excellent, and the prices are great. We will definitely be going back.

      Ashley's was great, sales gal Sierra knowledgeable, no pressure, couch just what we were looking for and price point right on, good communication re delivery date and tracking of route, delivered on time. Would be first go to for more furniture if needed.

      The couch is fantastic! The store manager is the worst manager that I have ever dealt with! I will never step foot in that store again! The manager was doing an online course and did not want to be interrupted! He was rude to the sale representative and very unprofessional! Never again!

      Customers be aware!!!! I bought a side table from Ashley for my daughter when she moved to ********. We stayed at an AirBnB in ********* temporarily and purchased a night stand and had no issues with delivery. When she moved an apartment, we went back to Ashley and purchased a table. Prior to the purchase we told the salesman my daughter has a new address and gave him the new address. When I got the receipt, it still had the old address, and I refused to sign the receipt. He went to get help to fix the address. When he came back he said that his supervisor had fixed it on the system. He put the note that it was fixed (we have the receipt with his signature to say it was fixed). First few days passes after the delivery date, we still hadn’t gotten the table. I called him back & asked if there was a way to track where the table was. He said there was no way to track it. Over a month later, my daughter visited the store and got a tracking number discovering it was delivered to her old address. We contacted the Airbnb and they said they sent it back. We have never received the table purchased and paid for. Long story short, we never got our money back nor or the table

      Ordered a couch, it has stains on it and all they say is well give you a call within 72 hours and never to. Told them to come get it and wont. Wont let me talk to a manager. Not a good place to do business with

The staff was incredibly friendly and took their time to show us all the available bed frames, ensuring we found the perfect one for our needs.Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered us a holiday discount, which made our purchase even more enjoyable. The level of customer care and attention to detail was truly impressive.I am definitely planning to return to Ashley Furniture Store for future furniture needs for my home.       Unordered items were delivered and even though the driver had checked his order he left the items at my house. Go to find out they were not our and I was getting calls and emails to return the items. On top of that our furniture was not put together correctly and hardware for the piece was missing.
