      Jermain was very helpful & knowledgeable. The process was swift and easy. He had no issues looking up the product to make sure it was exactly what i was asking for. Not to mention I had technical difficulties with my payment and he was able to resend the information and kept in touch every step of the way. After exercising all the additional discounts I felt comfortable with my purchase.

      I canceled an order on 06/01/24, was told 3-5 business days to receive my refund. I waited the full 5 business days and called today 06/08/24, was told my the representative the refund was NEVER processed and she opened a ticket to have it done and gave me the same timeframe 3-5 business days, I asked to speak to the store manager and she went around it for 15 min, she finally transferred me to the store, didnt give them any of my information just the reason for my call, I was placed on hold for 10 min before I was told the manager was busy and he will call me back. I waited 5 hrs and called back, Jovanni************************** the store manager said he was very busy and then took lunch thats why he hadnt called me yet. I asked him to expedite my refund and he said theres nothing I can do, refund was approved yesterday (mind you CS said it was never processed), and that I had to wait 3-5 business days. Very quick to take payment but not to refund or even make things better when obviously the refund was never processed a week ago.

      I bought couches from Ashleys. They said they were in stock. Got my delivery notice a few days early and confirmed. The day of delivery they tell me pieces are back ordered. This was very upsetting. I gave my couches away and have nothing to sit on. I was forced to accept what pieces could be delivered as they only called me the day of to tell me the pieces were not all going to make it even though I was told they were. Ashleys just kept throwing me in circles. I still havent been able to talk to someone. Compensation should be given as they lied to me and have done nothing to make up for it for THEIR MISTAKE.

      Everything was good except the guy who assisting us was not in the expected proficiency when we first came he was good but after that he changed it seems like he is the one who will pay. I asked him if we could have a discount on the table because there were scratches on top of the table but he said that you would pay just 50% of the price. It seems like we were begging him to buy it to buy it for us.

      I have been a loyal customer to Ashley Furniture for over 10 years now and I have never recieved such poor service or products. In April I ordered a 4 piece sectional, a couch with a pull out bed, and a dining room table and chair set. After the warehouse confirmed my delivery date (05/14), they changed it without notice. After contacting the store, I was able to receive most of my order the following day. Of the products I received, 3 of them were damaged. I mentioned the damage to the driver, he told me I had 72 hours to report any damages. Within 48 hours, I contacted the warehouse and informed them if the damage. The representative emailed me requesting pictures of the damage and serial numbers, I complied immediately. The following day, I called back and set up a technician for 05/30. Accordijg to corporate, on 05/24 my technician was rescheduled, and once again I was not informed. Corporate stated that this was because they had an incorrect email. In the meantime, I recieved cloth and parts that I was not aware of, and we were out of town when they were delivered. Upon returning home from vacation, I contacted corporate. They offered an apology and update on my technician. After over an hour on the phone, they agreed to remove the delivery fee of $399 due to the inconvenience. I explained to the rep that I have had to arrange and pay for care for my 5 year old Autistic son for 5 days now. With his sensitivity to sound and unfamiliar people in the house, he has to be taken care of by someone other than me, his 24 hour caretaker. I sat in my house for almost 2 days with no furniture due to lack of communication from the warehouse. Not only has this cost me money, it has taken way too long to fix. This has been frustrating, and a complete inconvenience. They require that you purchase a protection plan, but in order to get your furniture fixed, it is a hassle. They say you can call for 72 hours if there is an issue, it is a hassle. Not worth the money

      If I could do zero stars I would. The worst customer service. This has been a month long process and still don't have any furniture. The first delivery, I received a voicemail saying I was scheduled for delivery, have a great day, oh and by the way your items are delivered. Bye! 2nd order. Received a text the day before confirming delivery and state I could not cancel it. The next day 2 hours before my scheduled delivery, I received a call. Stating my schedule delivery was canceled and that they had already called and spoke to me about it. Which they did not. They told me that the store would contact me. Its been 3 days with no call. I called the main number and was told I did not cancel my order Saturday and now they would take up to 72 hours to cancel my items then process a refund. Horrible business. ?????
