      The store location was fantastic and our experience purchasing a couch was amazing, however our item arrived damaged and the delivery team lied and forged my signature and they did not provide the option to refuse the delivery upon arrival. After months of dealing with incompetence and frustrating calls/emails/visits with their customer care team, we had to use our warranty to replace the item. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any company and will continue to use my voice and platform to ensure that nobody I know purchases any items from Ashley ever again.

      I pay four thousa I ordered my stuffnd cash When I ordered it and then tell me they have an stock So I waited three weeks Poor review for ashley The furniture is not good for the money I have a reclining double chair as all the padding is out of you can feel nothing but wood The bed is not **********'s isn't man?The frame on the bed is the poor I part a lamp nobody is still in the box.They never held me hook it up But they didn't tell me that when I first ordered it Actually *****.If I could I give my money back

      I spent $17k at Ashley Furniture store in one day ,I truly regret giving them my business it's been 2yrs and the Furniture is fading , The legs on the table broke the wood is so cheap, I also paid $1299 for 5yrs Furniture protection plan which is ******** because I called and file an claim and they stated it does not fall under the category for a claim . I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO ASHLEY FURNITURE THEY NICE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY TREAT YOU LIKE ****.SO THE $1299 WAS A WASTE OF MONEY NOW IM THROWING THIS low grade Ashley Furniture out what a loss .

      We purchased a table/bench/chair set from the online portal. The table arrived damaged. After making two calls during my work day, I was able to convince the customer service rep to send us a replacement table. However, the representative made the stipulation that we had to donate the damaged item and send the receipt of donation (I'm assuming Ashley was seeking the donation write off and was making us do the work - sketchy). I found this to be an odd request. After further deliberation I decided to inspect the other pieces of furniture and found the bench to have a defect. Part of the reason we ordered online was because we did not have the means to transport a large table set. This had been an extremely frustrating process that took time out of my work day. I called the service rep back and after a bunch of arguing I was able to convince them to send ***** out to pick up the damaged order and issue a refund. The rep advised we would receive a full refund once the items were back at the warehouse. I had to re-box all the items and wait around a week for FedEx to pick them up. A few days later, ***** randomly delivered a single chair back to our house. I emailed the service rep that had previously assisted asking they send ***** back out. I have not received a response and the chair has been sitting in my house for a month. We received two refunds - $165.94 and $312.45 totaling $478.39. However the entire order cost us $644.32, so they shorted us. We lost money, time, and trust in this company.

      I placed an order online. I took a day from work to be there as a person would have to sign for delivery. A couple of days later received an email that my item was declined. They state that it is declined for from their protection service. Protection from what? There is zero reason why this would be declined. Its a card with no balance and plenty of money on it. They told me to go into a store. Now, why would I need to do that? This is why ****** is going to take other stores out-of-the-way. I try to support stores, but there is a reason why ****** is defeating them. I will stick with ****** from this point forward. Items will be delivered and on time. No problems.

      I visited many furniture stores and was disappointed until I went to Ashley's in ******* **********. The man that helped us was wonderful
      Our furniture is excellent
      The delivery went smoothly. I will reccomd everyone to shop at Ashleys

      I would give them 0 stars if I could. I purchased the protection plan and submitted a claim about 1 year ago. it took months for them to finally send me the 2 cushion covers that I needed. When i went to replace the covers they sent 1 correct size and 1 wrong size. I called and called the warranty company and they finally said they had to send another tech out to verify. He came out over 1 month ago and I haven't heard anything. Of course I called back again and the warranty company told me that the parts they sent are correct and from sitting on the couch over the years it has expanded the cushion. I explained that even the technician wrote down the part was incorrect and we took pictures and measurements. .They still said the part was correct and there was nothing they could do. I called Ashley and they told me I am out of warranty at the store level and I had to deal with the warranty company. I explained I have been dealing with them and nothing is getting resolved and they said there is nothing they can do since I am out of warranty. I am so over this I will never purchase another item from Ashley Home Stores

      Donna  at the *********************** location was simply AMAZING! She was so helpful, and asked questions to get to know us and what we would like. She showed us everything and even suggested some cheaper items and was not pushy for the more expensive stuff. She made the whole experience beyond enjoyable!

      I brought a couch from here that took months to get delivered. We were told that the warranty we purchased covered everything by the salesman (unture). Once the couch arrived it was making a creeking noise in the wood frame when we sit down. I called to get help from Ashley furniture store but never heard back from them. I sent emails as well. Finally I was directed to speak with the extended warranty company "GRS". They eventually out someone to my home who is clearly on the payroll to check the damage. He confirmed that the cushions were wearing out as well as the support within the couch under the cushions was sinking also. To make a a long story short they said that the wood was the only thing covered and ironically, that there was not any wood damage. Strange enough , Ashley furniture store is no longer using this insurance company. I wonder why. They sold us a already damaged couch and sold us a bogus extended warranty. I will not being buying from them again and I have contacted a lawyer for help.

      We purchased 2 motorized recliners and the salesperson assured us that the recliners would include battery packs. Our main reason for buying the motorized recliners was that we informed the salesperson that we didn't have the appropriate electrical outlets for both chairs. When the recliners were delivered, the delivery team informed us that the recliners do not include battery packs and must be purchased separately. We should have refused the delivery but decided to go to the store and discuss the mix-up with the salesperson. The salesperson insisted he informed us the battery packs had to be separate which he did not, the customer service representative was extremely rude and offered no assistance at all. Never again will our family shop at Ashly Furniture and we will do everything we can to advise friends to stay away from that store. They will lie to get your business and smile in your face while offering no help. Please stay away!
