1 starThis happened a while back but after looking at the current reviews, it doesnt seem to have changed. I want to convey my extreme disappointment and frustration with the delivery of our full bedroom set. The set was ordered on 8/2021 at the ************ ************ location for delivery on 11/2021. After going back and forth with customer service, the warehouse, and our sales rep, we finally received our furniture on 5/2022, 6 months later. We had to sleep with the mattress on the floor until the furniture arrived.Below is the summary of complaints from the whole experience:1.The bedroom set was delivered to the wrong address. A few days before the delivery date, we tried to have the delivery address corrected, but it was never updated in the delivery system 2.Rather than trying to contact us to redeliver the furniture, we were told it went back to the warehouse and into the system 3.Since my salesperson was not initially available during this time, I was told to call the warehouse directly to schedule the delivery date 4.I called several times a month over the next several months trying to reschedule a date for the delivery. They kept cancelling because the full set was not available. 5.I was told that they could deliver parts of the set and tried to schedule that delivery over the next few months.6.About a month later, they told me they could not make a partial delivery and had to be the entire set. I finally got a delivery date of 5/19 when the bedroom set was delivered 7.The salesperson gave us a small refund for all the trouble They were so disorganized between the Homestore and the warehouse. Inventory and delivery systems didnt seem to be the same between locations. Warehouse personnel did not seem to know the delivery protocols. The salesperson did not seem to know the delivery system either. This was our first and last time purchasing furniture from an Ashley Furniture Homestore. We bought 2 bar stools from Ashley Furniture in ****** **. When we got home, we were able to resolve the issue we has with our existing bar stools. However the store will not allow us to return the bar stools which are in the original unopened box. The sales person did not warn us that there were no returns. Nor did the warehouse person warn us when we picked them up. There were no signs posted in the store that stated the no return policy.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

Monaliza made my furniture shopping experience delightful, now I know why she is famous in BBB and google reviews. She was polite and professional, very knowledgeable about Ashley’s products and finance options. She made my wife and I feel comfortable and safe with her and we loved the fact that she knew how to treat elderly customers with absolute care and respect. Our experience at Ashley's was horrible. My mother is blind. She went to Ashley's to buy bunk beds for my children, her grandchildren, for her home. She specifically told the saleswoman, Patricia, that she wanted a bed where the ladder wasn't blocked by the top bunk railing. They completed the transaction, and scheduled delivery and assembly. Once assembly was complete, my mom discovered that the ladder was blocked by the railing, making it unsafe for small children due to having to climb over the railing. Patricia ordered the wrong bed. My mother called the ****** CA store and spoke with the manager Abraham who basically blamed my BLIND mother for leaving the store with the receipt that listed the wrong bed, because she should have caught the error. He also informed her that the sale is final. He didn't even take into account that because she's blind, she can't see the receipt, and has to trust the salesperson to do their job. My mother then called the corporate office and was passed around, no names were given. The line auto disconnected after 23 minutes of trying to get to the right person to help. To add insult to injury, Patricia charged my mother a $149.99 for 5 year furniture warranty, which my mother never wanted, wasn't asked if she wanted and she never approved. Patrica took it upon herself to add this unnecessary, expensive warranty all on her own to my mother's order. My elderly, blind mother was taken advantage by this saleswoman, and the store/company. I had a great experience with the store in ********, so I referred my mother to Ashley's. I feel very guilty that I recommended somewhere that has caused so much trouble and anxiety for her. I will never recommend this company again, and shame on them for their atrocious customer "care". As it stands, we are stuck with an unsafe bed that can't be used, that we were overcharged for.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

Monaliza is a wonderful sales advisor. She is professional and polite and you could tell that she is highly educated and knowledgeable. She was assisting me with my purple mattress and adjustable base purchase, my experience was delightful. I have found this location and Monaliza through my co-worker who shopped at Ashley west covina when Monaliza was working in that store. Ashley has won back our loyalty. 6 years ago, I had the worst experience, but we recently went back and ordered an outdoor dining set and indoor dining room set from Murriet, CA store.
