A few weeks ago, we bought some expensive items from Ashley's, and we had to rent a UHaul to bring the large items home. We had to carry the large heavy items through the store with a couple of store employees watching and helping. They provided a moving wheeled dolly for us to borrow which helped us to bring the furniture through the store, moving the items carefully around the store items. All the store staff said home delivery wasn’t an option for clearance furniture despite the price we paid. One store worker smoked cigarettes in the parking lot and the wind carried the smoke right to my face while he glanced in our direction with a smirk as we loaded the furniture into the truck. Once we got home we had to partially disassemble some items to fit it through the door and then reassemble. This time we had a nice sales team, however I found there wasn’t good value for what I purchased. I didn’t buy the complete furniture set and it was expensive. However much more pleasant store experience, and delivery is offered this time.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

I regret the day I stepped in to that store and did business with Ashley. The customer service suck bunch of hound kids running the place, their goal is on how to make money and don’t care about the customers.
