I bought a sectional back in April of this year and I cant even count how many issues have came out of this purchase. The quality of this sectional is absolutely horrible. At first, I believed it mightve been just defective cushions but the threading, peeling, dipping, broken legs, EVERYTHING is wrong.Not sure if its a defective couch or this is how all of Ashelys furniture is.I no longer sit on it because I feel like its hanging on by a thread. I keep calling customer service, went to the store and they dont seem to care or try to do anything. They said out of courtesy they sent technicians to replace the cushions but thats about all they can do.Technicians have replaced the cushions but dont care about the rest of the issues. They didnt even take a look at anything else, simply said theyre here for the cushions only and explained to put in another claim to replace the rest of the broken couch BUT THEY WONT SEND ANYONE ELSE.They seem as if the cushions are the only issue, when its everything. I honestly just want a refund or a better couch, not one thats dissolving.

well i would shop at ashley furniture again because they were very nice to me plus i had bought my bedroom furniture from them so I would shop at Ashley furniture store again and would let my friends know that ashley furniture store is where to go.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

Excellent customer service, with a great selection of products. Showroom was very clean and relaxing. Our salesman listened very well to what we wanted, showed us all available products, and did a great job of explaining all the details. To convince us to purchase furniture from their store Ashley Furniture told us there was a 5 years interest free promotion. We decided to take care of it and repay our purchase in 2 years when in fact there was a 6 months interest free if repaid in full by the end of the 6 months. We saw this right away and went back to an Ashley manager who confirmed the 5 years promotion and assured us it was taken care of. As of right now the interest charged is over $1,400 or *****% interest.My mistake was to believe them. Theirs was to outright lie. I purchased a media entertainment center at Ashley Furniture on September 6, 2023, and it was delivered 7 days later on September 13. The media center has plenty of storage space and the delivery team put it together efficiently and professionally. I looked at a couple of furniture stores for this replacement media center and saved over $800 compared to what I almost paid for a comparable unit that was purportedly on sale!
