      Im so disappointed by Ashley Furniture store in ***********I purchased a sofa sleeper that was not able to go in the room that we wanted. Was too high.All the store representatives including the sales person ******** ****** who was dishonest with providing information about their return policies (that is illegal in **********, checked with a lawyer) and store terms & conditions.Through the delivery guys that pressured me to sign without sawing me what Im signing for.The store customer service representative ***** that was very not helpful and not understanding to the situation that they left the sofa in the middle of my house (still in its manufactures packaging) and on my second call hang up the phone to me.All I wanted is to return this sofa and take a smaller one that can fit in my hallway to enter the room.But now they refuse my legal right to return this item and get my money back for it!Im so frustrated and disappointed by their behavior all along, they completely lost me as a customer and lost everyone I know! ??

      We went in to purchase a mattress and David, sales man was very professional and answered all my questions. He was very patient as my husband and I decided to purchase the item. We definitely going back if we need anymore furniture.

      I will never buy from Ashley again. Their return policy makes ZERO sense. I was told that because I purchased the furniture in store, I cannot return or exchange any of the pieces.BUT, had I purchased the furniture online, I could have returned all of it. I am eight months pregnant trying to select quality pieces for our home and was met with no flexibility to exchange an item that did not meet our satisfaction. I will be telling all of my clients at work and anyone in my personal life never to do business with Ashley Furniture.

      My delivery date was promised for Match 8, and I was told in the store even if it was delayed, it would still be the same day. However, I received a confirmation text and my delivery never came it was delayed till this Thursday the 13th. I didnt even ya courtesy call letting me know it would be delayed. Furthermore, customer service is terrible, people from other countries that barely speak English and are unable to help. Now I have no furniture because we cleared the area as we were told our new set would arrive but hadnt!

      I purchased a sofa/chaise that was delivered on 2/6/25. Within 2 weeks the sofa was wearing down. The cushions are sinking and the material is showing wear. I went to the store, showed them photos, and they made a report for a technician to come out to look at the sofa. I got an email to send photos, I did. The technician came, took photos, and said someone would be calling me with the results. He asked if I had an extended warranty because the manufacturer wouldn't deal with this. I did purchase the extended warranty. When the dispatcher called me, she said they would send a new cushion. I told her that I didn't feel the sofa was a quality piece of furniture, breaking down within 2 weeks. The whole sofa is going to become unusable within a year. She talked to her supervisor, who then referred this to quality control. I still haven't heard back. I'm baffled how a manufacturer can make and sell a piece of furniture and not stand behind the quality. Ashley Furniture is selling this furniture and not standing behind the products they are selling.

      The bed frame and love seat I ordered and promised by salesperson Alex was limit included. I contacted him immediately and he assured me that the bed frame would arrive the next day. Unfortunately I am now sleeping on my new mattress on the floor. This is aggravating my low back pain and they have not returned my calls. Please do not fall for their false promises and take your business elsewhere
