Monaliza is an amazing product specialist. My best friend had a great shopping experience with this beautiful lady that’s why I wanted to go and check it out. Monaliza was professional and confident about furnitures and finances options, my family and I enjoyed working with her and we had so much fun during her demo. Got new set of furniture for my son’s room from Ashley furniture West Covina store, 1 full bed, 2 night stands and 1 dresser. When they delivered the pieces, the head board corner is chipped, and the dresser has big dent and looks like some one tried to use marker to color the dent part before they sent out the piece. Why I am paying $2000+ buying broken pieces? Of course NO! Then I called the customer service, also escalate to the “escalate department”, tech department, the store… They kicked me around like a ball, and no one wants to take care of my issue, I called more than 10 calls and stayed on the line more than 15 hours waiting and talking and repeating my issue with different people for the first week after the delivery. They sent 2 tech guys and tried to fix the broken part and also tried to convene me to keep the piece, that doesn’t make any sense, I am paying full price and buying NEW pieces! I have all photos and videos. The customer service told me if the tech fixed it, then I have to keep it. But the problem is the fixed part doesn’t look new at all! I really want all my money back and will never purchase anything from Ashley again, and need apologize from their management. It doesn’t make any sense to convene customer to keep the broken piece or fixed pieces which doesn’t look good. I want all my money back, also the shipping fee! They waste me more than 2 weeks now to revolve my issue and I still didn’t get my chipped head board and dresser replaced, and I don’t want to spend any time to call them and wait on the phone any more! Please give me refund and I can buy from another better brand with better customer service. So disappointed with Ashley furniture, they used to be good when we purchased with them 10 years ago when we spent around 14,000$ after we purchased our house. Now the quality and service is very bad and won’t buy anything from them any more. Please give me full refund! Thanks.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

Horrible Experience!!!! On May 25, 2023, I went to Ashley Furniture in ******* **********, I purchased several items. I later realized the furniture was not going to work. The items were put on Ashley credit acct. Taxes, delivery, etc. were paid on my American Express (A/E) Card, total $1,494.47. On May 27, 2023, I called to cancel the order. I went in person on May 28, 2023, to confirm the order was cancelled and request my refund of $1,494.47. The order had not been canceled. David, who identified himself as the store manager canceled the order with the exception of the table and chairs. David assured me that once the delivery was made, I would be refunded 1,314.47 ($1,494.17 -$180 for the delivery) within 48 hours. Went to the store on June 3, 2023, and advised that the table was delivered and again asked for my refund to my A/E. I was told the refund would be credited within 48 hours. Later that evening, I received a partial refund of $506.30. I called the store but you can’t reach anyone at the store level. I spoke with Customer service and they advised that my case had been closed because the $506.30 had been refunded. ($1314.47-$808.17 (cost of the table). I explained that was not correct and that the $808.17 was applied to my Synchrony account and A/E. I went to the store and spoke with Sherri, who also identified as a store manager. She made some notes to my file and said the refund would go back to my American Express within 48 hours. I called the store on June 7 and spoke with someone at the desk who advised that Sherri was out I went to the store on June 9 and was told Sherri was still out, but she was aware of the situation. Went into the store June 11, spoke with Sherri who said all the notes on my acct had been deleted. The charge is now on my Synchrony and my A/E. She made more notes to my account advised the money would be refunded that day to my A/E. June 12th and the MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO MY A/E.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge
