My husband and I were shopping for living room seating and walked into The Ashley Home Furniture store at the LB Town Center location. We were greeted by Matthew who asked what type of seating we were in search of, fabric, layout, etc. He led us through the show room to the items that met our room dimensions, seating space, and comfort. He was very knowledgeable, polite, patient and provided good insight of his product as we compared color combinations and configuration we ultimately decided on. He made us feel valued, and streamlined all of the information, and pricing and purchase. He is an invaluable asset to the company! The entire purchase experience was smooth and thorough. He represents the company well, assures the customer is satisfied with the transaction and forms a rapor with the customer. This is instrumental to building trust and likely having the customer recommend him and the store to family, friends, and colleagues to meet their future furnishing needs! So blessed we did! My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture, just to compare prices on a sofa bed, because of Anthony's superb customer service, we not only purchase the sofa bed, we also bought a reclyner. Terrible experience in store. No one seemed to be available the transaction was inconsistent the lady who helped us didn’t know the return policy and pushy to finish transaction. They couldn’t cancel my order literally 5 minutes after and had to wait two days after the post happened on my account because the account they created was not crossing over to the system in store. Never will I order in store or with the Ashley Furniture store. Customer service is the worst they are inconsistent and just trying to say whatever they need to get customer off the phone and they couldn’t relay the right message from the associate they supposedly spoke to.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!I shouldve been read this before I purchase my dining table with 8 chairs. very inconvenient policy of delivery and the people who work there. Most of them are just unprofessional. At first, I order the table with five chairs. I try to reach the store on the phone to purchase three more for about three weeks and they never answer the phone; I went today in person and they want to charge again for the delivery which is OK with me, but I ask them to delivery direct to the store and I can pick it; their policy doesnt work like that so I have to pay again the delivery, after bad attitude of one of the sellers the manager came out and do a discount for the delivery because I cannot return The dinette set; wish I was about to do after all the bad comments of the employee NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY again.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

I went to ashtray furniture and I got a ehole brand new bed set with all the dressers and I didn't want to damage anything so I payed extra for the delivery and installation well upon delivery they punchers the bottom of my long dresser with the dolly as they brought it to my house. I've called the store I paid for the 5 year warranty so they opened a claim and I sent pictures to their email as they asked for I made sure the damage was visible and they told me well follow up they never called me at all months go buy so I cvill the store and they tell me the case was closed like what why I even spoke to the manager and he was giving me the run arounds they are very unprofessional and they make me wanna never do bussing with them in the future because I paid almost 4k cash and they cant event replace it at thus points its been like a year shiii fun me a refund.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge
