      I just bought a sofa set at Ashley in ************ and loved our salesperson ***************************. She was so helpful and patient with us - took us quite a while to decide which set to buy. The check out process was quick and the sofa set will be delivered in 3 days. In addition, we got a 10% discount on everything (we asked about any sales and she worked with us to get one). I highly recommend Ashley in ************.

      I purchased a living room set and purchased the protection plan with it. Which is a five year protection plan. I did my first claim for both the sofa and loveseat and both got replaced by protection plan. But after a couple of months I started noticing the material of the sofa. Which the color was fading and started looking worn out. The material looks as if it’s going to tear at any moment now. So I submitted another claim on October 2022 with protection plan and they reached out to me requesting a copy of invoice. But never to further my claim or to advised that they only replace furniture one time. And to reach out to Ashley Furniture since it was less than a year the sofa was replaced and it’s a manufacture issue on Ashley Furniture. So I reach out to Ashley Furniture being bounce back and forth, until I was able to get someone from the location I purchased my living room set. And the person advised due to Ashley Furniture policy they can’t replaced the sofa. Since it was already replaced once using the protection plan. Even if it’s a manufacture defect on their end and it’s less than a year that I got the sofa replaced. So now I’m stuck with a sofa that looks like a 20 years old worn down sofa. With less than a year old sofa. I will not be returning back to Ashley’s to purchase anything again at least not with that policy.

      We had a wonderful experience! Our sales rep Princess ***** was very helpful. We were looking for a nice couch and table. She was patient, listened to our needs and provided information when asked - such as it is real wood, is it real leather etc. etc. I don't understand the negative reviews as to discounts. She provided us one and we paid on the spot and everything was very very clear. I've bought from Ashley before and the furniture I've bought in the past (now going on 6 years) is still solid and beautiful. We can't wait for our furniture to come. Thank you Princess!

      Over 10 employees quit and hundreds of customers lost within 5 months due to this company keeping a store manager who degrades employees and customers including CHILDREN. And the company has defended him because they company is the same way. Do not buy from here unless you want to be degraded when you have an issue and talked to like you are a toddler.

      Beware of unethical business practices at this location. I made a very large purchase here and ended up having to cancel a few items, including a tempur pedic mattress. Upon cancelling the items, I received several TEXT MESSAGES from the salesperson, Fred, who claimed that the discounts I received were based on the mattress purchase, and so the prices that we agreed on would be changing due to the cancelation. "Because of the tempur pedic mattress, you had a big discount. There is a new adjustment price now" "You had $(X) savings off this order. Once we remove the mattress from the order, the discounts associated with it get removed." This is against the Ashley return policy, which states that any items cancelled before delivery will be fully refunded without penalty. After asking Fred to show me in writing where it was stated in the contract that I "received discounts based on the mattress purchase" and where it stated that "agreed-upon prices change if items are cancelled", the manager, Stephanie, called me to resolve the issue. She claimed that Fred was simply "miscommunicating" and "misspoke" in regard to removing the discounts. Sure, Stephanie. She said she would issue my refund immediately, and that it would be reflected in my account within 7-10 days. After 12 days of waiting, I contacted customer service, who informed me that the refund was NEVER ISSUED. It is bewildering how these people are trusted to represent the mission, vision, and values of Ashley Furniture Industries. Fred and Stephany have failed their employers. I am giving two stars because I like the furniture I received, but because of the unprofessionalism and deceit I experienced, I will NEVER make a purchase from this store again.

      My complaint is about the delivery service, that we paid top dollar for. The furniture and salesperson were top notch. We bought a headboard, tall, and long dresser, and 2 nightstands. Yes, they brought furniture in, and placed it, but didn't install phone charger to nightstand. We didn't notice until we looked inside the drawer, and saw the package. The other nightstand was missing the package altogether. I'm the one that unwrapped the cellophane off all the furniture, and they didn't even have to attach the headboard, as we didn't buy the rails. One of the guys balked, when I asked him if he could hold up the mattress, while I placed a bedskirt, even suggesting he could do it for a tip! When I contacted the store to tell then about the missing piece, they said the delivery team should have installed them! We feel the price we paid for delivery was not worth it!

      Purchased a table and six chairs. One chair was broken upon arrival. Three chairs have legs with different heights so the chairs wobble. The table was already scratched. Tried to call to return and have so far not been successful. Definitely not buying from this company again!

      I think there are some shady practices going on here. They spell out their return policy, and I requested a return according to all policies. They have repeatedly, for weeks now, stated that they'll get back to me in 24-72 hours... then they don't contact me. I follow up.. then it's another 24-72 hours... rinse and repeat. Now they're saying that they accepted the return, but the pick up and refund keep getting rescheduled. At this point, I'm suspecting that they're waiting me out until I get tired of trying. So overall, I do not trust their business practices.

      I got scammed into buying a 9k temper pedic mattress. I felt a lot of pressure from the associate to make the purchase. Anyways, I made the purchase so its on me. I paid for the delivery service and I was promised that they would pick up my old mattress and the box. They left it back and told me they will pick the next day because they had another pick up and didnt have the space. Now its 5 months and I am still waiting. I went to the store several time and they kept telling me that they will pick it up soon. After 5 months they are telling to call the waste management to pick it up. Why? I paid for the delivery and pick up service. I was promised by the associate. Manager refuse to speak to me. Can not get a hold of district leader. Nightmare!!!

      BEWARE!!! I spent $6000 at the Ashley store in *****************. A year and a half later the cushions on my couches lost all their cushion and now its sitting flat and very uncomfortable. I did spend $500 on a warranty turns out to be totally worthless. It doesnt cover the cushions, and I spoke to a manager who said I will send somebody out to inspect my couch as the warranty company does not cover the cushions. Now I got an email that theyre not going to unbelievable terrible service and hate to be lied to. I made a mistake by not looking at Yelp reviews before buying.
