I bought some furniture in November starting in December furniture started making weird Noice on right side and had a small tear. Originally reported small tear when delivered, the delivery people said someone would give me a call that never happened. Technician came out to fix furniture situation became worse went back to store to try and returned but to upgrade was told by manager that was not possible. Was told by manager to call Warranty department called warranty department was told by them to call manufacturer because was not over a year. Spoke with representative that this could be exchanged for something different. When I called back to check status was received by rude CSR who would not allow me to speak with supervisor ir escalate this to make complaint against store. After calling back numerous times finally got to escalation department. CSR said the technician said everything was fine when he left, he is lying. I want to make a complaint against the store and the technician who lied.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

I have bought over $5000 worth of junk from Ashley furniture store. Poor customer service. I bought a chester drawer that was defective very poorly made as well as the recliner. I requested a new one and it took 6 delivery to get the right chester drawer. But again poorly made. Coloring is horrible cheap material. THINK twice before you buy anything from them. JUNK! Very poor quality of material. Buyer beware! They're not even willing to compensate you correctly for their constant mistakes. Also watch out for the sales person and prices they tell you one thing and it's actually another price be very careful. I find the sale person I work with to be very dishonest. You could be cheated if you're not on it. Make sure you check your sale receipts before you make your final purchase. You think you're getting a good deal but you're not. I will never ever buy from Ashley's furniture store again. I will make sure my friends and family are aware of how they handle their affair when it comes to a customer who has been wrongly done more than once. I bought my couch set Aug.6,2022. When it arrived couch mechanism was damaged. I notified customer service with in the 24hr period. Went to the Ashley Furniture store. Spoke to customer service and was told they could not take the couch back. I asked if they had a return policy since it had not been over 4 Dys. One lady said yes, then she left the other lady went and got the manager. He was more concerned about the cost they would have to endure than making it right. I asked to return the couches because of poor quality, and I did not trust the longevity of the couches and quality was cheap and poorly made. Manager said they have to send out a technician to inspect the couches and it cost then money. Also, they could not take back couches because they would lose money. Since then, they have sent out 2 technicians said nothing wrong with the couch. Third guy said yes, he would order parts and they would be shipped to me. Never received part, so I called back. They said technician never put part to order in nor did he write down the part needed to order. Then told me to go thru GBS protection plan it was their responsibility. GBS said the store. Called Corporate escalation department talked to Melissa she said she would follow up thru to make sure it was fixed. She also laughed when I told her Ashley manager was more concerned about losing money than fixing my problem. I also ask to return couches and purchase better quality couches and was told no. After going back and forth from store to GBS warranty company. GBS finally said on Dec 27 it was their problem and would fix it. It has been almost a month now and have not heard back from them. Now 5 1/2 months later is issue not resolved. I want to exchange couches for better quality and willing to pay difference. I'm tired of being pushed around with no result and after 6mos than it even gets harder. I feel they are prolonging intentionally so im screwed. Received a call on 1/28/2023 GBS finally agreed to credit me for the couch that is defected. But I bought as a set. They do not have the same couch to match the set. I need a full credit for the set so I can purchase a better-quality set that all matches. The whole set is not comfortable, and I do not agree with having mixed match set and being forced to accept just another couch. Please either give me store credit for full set so i can upgrade for better quality or full refund for couch set so i may go to another store to purchase better quality. This whole set is defected actually the cushions are short not very deep and when you recline your feet hang over. When you lay down on the couch it is very narrow. Please refund the whole set. GBS is my warranty and they need to tell the store to give me a full credit for the set. That is why you purchase a warranty I do not want a mix match set. The lowest quality furniture and unprofessional support. They refuse to replace my sofa though it is under 1 year warranty and 5 year protection plan. They lied to me that they couldnt, because the sofa was discontinued. We bought a sectional that was close to 3k and it was delivered on Dec 3,2022. I called that day to complain because the delivery guys were in a rush to get in and out our house, the feet of the couch were all uneven, they over-drilled through the plastic feet and not only that, the quality and smell of the couch is horrible. Sales person told us the couch cover were washable. It is not washable, the feet were not wood pegs but plastic ones. The smell of the couch is horrible, it has a chemical smell to it and we have two people in the house who have breathing issues. One day I slept on the couch and my left side of my face broke out. I called and they had a tech in our house a few days later but nothing was resolved. I spoke to two different people online and they gave me a case number and no one has reach out after ***** hours they say they were going to do. They are giving me the run around. I asked for a refund now because of the chemical smell which has been in our home for 3 weeks. they said they have to escalate it to the store I purchase it from. I am asking for return and refund. Its been 3 weeks and nothing has been done. Today was my last call to the store and she said we are not the store we are customer service. Also the sales person said we have the best price, they up their prices in the store so they can give us a big discount but there is no discount at all, they all match the online store price. Everytime I sit on the couch it has that chemical strong odor that has linger in our ****ft square house. There is no way we are keeping that couch after that chemical smell and how horrible the quality do the couch is. This is a health hazard to my family and dogs. One of the worse purchases of our lives. We purchased to couches and instantly broke within 2 months. We have had them for less than 3 years and have had almost 10 technicians come out to fix the issue. It is never resolved and now AGAIN having another issue. One couch won't work and one leg rest on the second couch is not lifting at all. I'm able to use 1/3 of my couches. The customer service team is horrible and not worth the calls. Received our sectional that was over 5k. It was broken in 2 different places. We called everyday for 2 weeks with no resolution. Every agent we spoke to gave us the run around, and said someone would contact us in 24hrs. 2 weeks later, still not replaced, but yet, they still want money. Awful company to do business with. We bought a set of sofa, love seat and other accessories for our living room. To start they promised everything when they are selling and when we receive the products, they nightmare begins.
1. We received a tv stand inside of a box which they said it would be delivered assembled and ready for use.
2. The sales person overcharged us for two of the same items 3 times. Unfortunately we only realized that after the items were delivered to our home. We brought it back and they didnt issue a refund so far alleging that our card that we use to pay for the stuff got cancelled. We went to the bank to get a letter and they denied issuing a letter but offered us with some documentation that proves that the card had been cancelled and I am no longer in the account. Ashley store basically is stealing from us the refund that are due.
3. Their managers are now saying that the documentation we provided from the bank is not acceptable and that they will not issue a refund unless we have a letter from the bank stating that the card was cancelled.
4. Its been 3-4 months that this issue is going on and no resolution for it.
5. We provided everything they asked for and they still refuse to issue us a refund.
This store sucks in all aspects!!! BE AWARE!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS, I GUARANTEE YOU!Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

This store needs to train their employees correctly. I was told by the sales person that they would deliver my dresser assembled and all I would do is have to put the legs on. I also specifically said I need to be home because my parents in their 80s can carry anything. The salesman gave me a specific date and said they would call me when they come, so I would be home. He also said the delivery was 60 bucks. Everything he said was wrong. They delivered the dresser yesterday in pieces in the middle of my parents front yard where the sprinklers go off and ruined it. My parents said the box is too heavy to move it so it’s just going to sit there until I come home next week. I talked to two people from Ashley furniture who are useless. I tried to return it they said no. So now I have an unassembled damaged dresser box laying in middle of my parents front yard. If he would have told me this dresser would not have come assembled I would have never bought the item, but he did not obviously know what he has talking about.
