1 starThe bed frame and love seat I ordered and promised by salesperson Alex was limit included. I contacted him immediately and he assured me that the bed frame would arrive the next day. Unfortunately I am now sleeping on my new mattress on the floor. This is aggravating my low back pain and they have not returned my calls. 5 starsAlondra is an amazing sales agent, proficient, and amiable. She goes far and beyond to achieve the design dreams customers have! Willing to not just sale but to listen to the customers self expression of their situation. Definitely one of a kind and deserves an award for these agents are difficult to have and rare to come by. 3 starsThe only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the sales associate. I cannot think of his name but he was very friendly. Unfortunately things have taken a turn. On February 4, 2025 my bed was scheduled to be delivered while the bed was being put together the workers noticed a huge crack in the bed and could no longer put it together we were given another scheduled delivery date, the second frame arrived and was yet again cracked/broken my spouse and I were told a repair person would stop by and fix the bed, we were also told "we had nothing to worry about" once the repair guy stopped by he pointed out multiple parts of the bed that were faulty and needed to be fixed. We were given yet another scheduled repair date and were not contacted. We also ordered a table that arrived damaged with chipped wood. We have been given ample case numbers, continue to call and things have yet to be rectified. I am super disappointed in Ashley and the quality of the furniture and service. I will not purchase anything again. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture based on my experience. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't honor its commitments or care about customer satisfaction.Review fromKathy O

5 starsPhilip assisted us and was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked alot of questions and waffled back and forth as we made decisions. I would definitely recommend Ashley, especially as 95% of the materials are sourced In the USA as well as assembled in America. The store in ******, ** on ******* is great!!Review fromJeff A
