      Ashley of long beach very good service with the help of sales person ZAHRA! We just came in for entertainment center and walk out with premium mattress..very knowledgeable about the product, trustworthy salesperson she very transparent on the transaction no hidden agenda, thank you so much ZAHRA

      Worst experience ever! Customer service is weak at most. Customer Service out of country, they can not resolve any problem. I was promised delivery on a specific date that was reason I purchased item. Was left with not living room furniture for weeks during holiday, my guest had to sit on folding chairs, ruined our holiday. Will never purchase anything from them ............

      I recently purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Upon delivery (12/17/2024), I discovered that the item was damaged with noticeable tears on the upper left corner and another tear on the center of the back. I immediately contacted customer service, hoping for a resolution, but was met with resistance. Despite providing all required documentation and photos of the damage, they refused to offer a replacement. This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to receive a product in good condition and for the company to stand by their products. Instead, Im left with a damaged item and no satisfactory solution.I would not recommend Ashley Furniture based on my experience. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't honor its commitments or care about customer satisfaction.

      According to my experiences. The sale person was wonderful, patient and enjoyed showing the customer the product. A sale person that called ****** *** L. Is very nice and patient and communicated well with a good humor.
