    I was just a tad bit skeptical of Rising Tide Design when I first stumbled across it on line because the company is not a household name as of now, its price points were significantly lower than similar sized furniture, and they touted using top grain leather while more expensive options used leather like material or, at best, "genuine" leather in some parts. My "if its too good to be true, it probably is" warning went off. Given the amount of money involved, I wasn't going to just take a risk without more info. So, I searched for reviews and found this BBB site. The positive experiences gave me the push I needed to pull the trigger. Now I'm paying it forward. They are legit. Bought a loveseat and two club chairs. They had great communication via email through out the process. They partner with a solid delivery company that also sent electronic and phone calls to keep me apprised of the delivery status. The pieces were extremely well packaged. The furniture is super solid and they do use at least pretty good leather as far as I can tell (from inspecting a strip I cut from the bottom—including burning it to check its authenticity—after watching YouTube videos :) ). It is definitely good for the price. There is a good lead time to get the furniture, but RTD is clear that this is the case. *****I have no hesitation recommending. 5 stars.***** ************, **

    Couches are absolutely beautiful. My guests walked in and said "It looks so plush in here." I will definately buy from this company again.

    Beautiful chesterfield sofa. Great customer service and communication. I love a mom and pop shop over a big box store for that reason.

    Love our new Chesterfield couch from Rising Tide Design. It looks exactly like what we ordered and is of a very high quality. We just might have to get the matching Chesterfield chair now.

    The chairs came out awesome! Very happy with them. Any questions I had during the process they were answered quickly by Cole! Highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about it.

    It took a good 4 month to get my couch delivered . That made me a little nervous about buying but I did received a beautiful couch. I did sent a few Emails at the 3 month mark which took a while to get a response from the company that made me even more worried but Cole took over and was very good at communicating with me ( Thank you Cole ). The couch is beautiful and looks like it has a good build to it . As Cole recommended I apply a leather conditioner. I would definitely recommend this company. I believe that you re getting a great product for the price . Just keep in mind that the tufted bench will be a little hard but I am sure it will get better with time . If you don’t mind the wait go for it .

    I bought two beautiful leather sofas from them. The quality of the leather and stain were perfect and just as described. Communication with the company was clear and their shipping estimate was spot on. We will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!
