    Rising Tide did an excellent job with my couch. First of all, it's stunning. We've already received multiple compliments on it. Secondly, I like the idea of supporting a local business. Thirdly, the customer service was great. We're already thinking of purchasing a love seat to go with the couch. Like other reviews, I was skeptical of the price wondering if there was going to be compromised quality. No compromises here. I wholly recommend Rising Tide. I imagine we'll be ordering from them again to pick up that green love seat....***************************

    I am overly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of my two love seat sofas purchased from Rising Tide Design Co. I was very skeptical when ordering due to the price of the sofas, but I went with my gut and ordered. They exceed expectations and I am very satisfied with communication from the company as a whole. I highly recommend purchasing for anyone on the fence and wondering about quality and craftsmanship.

    I was overall pleased with my purchase. The timeframe that they estimate was quite accurate. The loveseat that I purchased arrived in great condition and was well packaged. As the other reviewers have mentioned it is a bit stiff, but I have read that it will soften up with time. The description and photos on the website are a good description of the color and details of the product.

    This company is fantastic. The customer service was very personalized and we were kept up to date every step of the way. The furniture was even more beautiful in person. The quality is exceptional and everyone who enters our home compliments the beauty of the leather. I would highly recommend the tufted Chesterfield chairs. We were truly shocked at the value we received for such a reasonable price!

    I ordered a Chesterfield style sofa, chair and loveseat from Rising Tide. I ordered in July 2023 and received in December 2023. It was well worth the wait! the furniture is absolutely amazing. I love love love it! I was a little reluctant to order the furniture online, but after reading the website with all of the details I decided to go ahead and place my order. I had looked around everywhere for some good quality leather furniture and the prices on Buffalo leather furniture was about 3 to 5 times the price of what I ended up paying for this set of magnificent furniture. I was prepared for the furniture to be firm, but I have found after a few days that it has become surprisingly comfortable. It is very warm as well and I suspect it will be cool in the summer from what I have read about buffalo hide furniture. I cannot say enough about glad I am that I chose this company. My dogs love the furniture and it has shown no scratches at all. The hide is very thick and I have applied the leather conditioner as directed. This is top grain buffalo leather. I do not know what kind of buffalo, American or Asian or African, but I suspect it is the Asian Water Buffalo hide, which is excellent for absorbing dye, so scratches do not show. So far, so good. I plan to apply the conditioner one more time and then every 6 months to a year or as needed. The owner of the company contacted me by email after the delivery of the furniture to make sure I was satisfied. I would like to say to Cole ( the owner ) : I am very satisfied and so are my dogs Chili, Blue and Wiley. My husband is also pleased with the purchase. If Rising Tide ever starts making pillow covers and footstools or ottomans with the same leather, I would love to purchase them as well.

    We bought our couch and it arrived looking exactly how it was advertised online which, as many of us know, is often not the case. It looks fantastic, pet hair doesn't stick to it at alll, and while the cushions are firm, it is undoubtedly comfortable. We will defintely be purchasing future items!

    As a skeptic I was not happy being expected to pay in full for a piece of furniture made overseas which could not seen or touched prior to purchase. After much dithering and lots of questions I pressed the button. The couch arrived exactly as promised, the color was perfect, the condition was perfect, the delivery was professional and the couch is lovely. Didn't not expect and couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

    I am very pleased with my Rising Tide couch. I was hesitant to make the purchase of a couch, sight unseen. But we took the chance with a small business owner. We waited for ~16 weeks to receive the couch after we ordered. I wasn't completely clear upon purchase that it was being manufactured in India, but I then went back to read the full overview of the company. I am pleased we made the decision, and our couch is beautiful. The cushions are a bit firmer than my taste, but I think it will soften up nicely over time. The color is gorgeous. We would highly recommend Rising Tide Design to anyone. I received a personal check-in from the owner after delivery, which is a nice touch. Good product, good price, good service.

    Love my sofa! It is the best Christmas present I have every received in my 80 years on this earth. It was a present from me to me and worth the wait to have it made. It is beautiful and well constructed. I like the fact it is not heavy and even at my age I can slide it across the floor by myself to clean under it. Also, the fact you do not sink down into the cushion makes getting up and down off of it a breeze.

    I had a great experience with Rising Tide! Having bought furniture my whole life from several name brand designers, the chair I ordered exceeded most pieces I have purchased in the past in both design and quality.Ordering was easy and the options I chose were delivered. Communications throughout the whole build and delivery process was constant and I could see at all times where my delivery was..... even when it was crossing the ocean!!We have had several neighbors over to the house and comment on the chair. Thumbs up and Five stars for this company and their product.
