I had reservations about this company, the delay, and buying a couch and loveseat sight unseen. I received my units last week. (About a month later than first estimated.) As another reviewer mentioned, the furniture is made in India. I did not know that at the time of purchase. The furniture is very attractive, the cushions are VERY hard. I hope they soften up or company will not stay long. It’s like sitting on a park bench.

5 starsRising Tide was amazing to work with. We were hesitant to make the purchase due to the color we wanted, gray! The color selection was called Hemingway and looked more gray to me and blue to my wife, lol. We contacted customer service right away, and within 24 hours, we had a response from Cole. We had additional questions, and each time, our questions were answered by either Cole or Deep, in a timely manner, and extremely professional. We would highly recommend Rising Tide Design to anyone. Yes, the furniture is manufactured overseas, yes, they tell you it will take 12 to 16 weeks to get it, because of that. IT will be worth the wait! And, they emailed us a link so we could actually see the movement of the ship that our furniture was on. What other furniture company does that?! We are so in love with our new loveseat (and so is our fur baby Jack) that we are actually going to order another one! We feel you can't go wrong with Rising Tide, and other businesses could learn from their exemplary customer service! 5 starsThe chesterfield I purchased from Rising Tide is excellent. The color and design of the couch are exactly what I was looking for. I was unable to find anything comparable locally so I ordered online from Rising Tide and I'm glad I did. Communication was clear throughout the process. Once the item shipped, Cole provided tracking information and followed up once it was delivered. The couch arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It's the perfect addition to my home, and I look forward to many years with this exceptional piece of furniture.
