  I purchased a chesterfield couch and two chairs. I couldnt be any happier with the quality of them. Communication was good throughout the entire process. The value is unmatched to anything I could find locally.

  ************** I RECIEVED MY BEAUTIFUL COUCH . IT IS JUST WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AND MORE. I LOVE HOW FIRM IT IS, AND WILL SOFTEN SOME IN TIME.. I CHOSE THE FLAT FLIPABLE CUSHIONS BECAUSE I CAN MOVE THEM AROUND AND FLIP IF NEEDED.IN MY OPINION YOU GET A LITTLE MORE WEAR OUT OF IT. IT DID TAKE A LITTLE WHILE TO GET HERE ,BUT THEY KEPT ME INFORMED, I COULD EVEN TRACK IT, AND THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT BROUGHT IT WERE AMAZING AND QUITE PROFESSIONAL. I FULLY INTEND TO ORDER AGAIN SOON, AND HOPE THE SAME GUYS BRING MY NEW FURNITURE TO ME. WHAT A GREAT ORGANIZATION THIS COMPANY IS .

  Wonderful experience ordering and purchasing our 87" Chesterfield sofa from Rising Tide Design Co.. Timeline was long(but accurate) and the sofa was 100% worth the wait. Beautiful addition to our home, we highly recommend Rising Tide Design Co.. If there was one thing we were a bit let down about -- the sofa did not include any leather conditioner that comes recommended prior to use in the "Thank You" letter.

  Cole and his team are a perfect example of why small business needs to thrive! He was very responsive from the start, with a handwritten note while we were browsing his products, all the way through delivery when he followed up with a personal note. He answered my question about the leather, how to condition it, what to expect over time, and he was just generally lovely. It was so refreshing to not only have an exchange with a human but that it was so personal. We are pleased with the couch and it looks perfect in our bar room. Thank you!

  Excellent sofa - we just had our 87" chesterfield sofa delivered and we liked it so much that we just ordered the matching loveseat. The lead time is a little long, but it's definitely worth the wait. The couch is quite firm, ideal for optimum back support. We may add a couple of cushions to have a good mix of softness and firmness. Overall, the result exceeded our expectation.

  LOL these 1 STAR reviews. Here's mine in summary. Yes we were also caught off-guard by the India thing but reading the story it certainly makes us feel better. If it's something different than what they say then karma happens but I trust it is real. Yes the couch is pretty darn firm but we are hoping and expecting it to soften over time. Exactly why we went with the "tufted" seats rather than cushions. Knew it would be firmer. I'd rather have that then something that turns into a marshmallow after 6 months and you can see your personal butt indentation in two. Yes we got ours in 5 months (ordered Mid-Feb and delivered Mid-July). What a shocker given world-wide supply chain issues. The communication from the team was fantastic and personalized. We didn't ever consider asking for any money for that. We got two chairs made in NC (another company) and had to wait on those for quite some time. Go to Walmart if you want something fast and cheap. Yeah the couch is shiny. Big deal. Its stunning and again assume it will wear-age nicely. For what we paid my wife (who's baby this is and did a ton of research) she loves it.

  We get tons of compliments on this sofa. It is definitely firm but we like that. **** is a very conscientious business owner and communicates throughout the process and afterward to ensure satisfaction. I would buy from Rising Tide again.

  A very high quality product and the entire process was excellent. In my opinion the product exceeded my expectations in all areas. I will be a repeat customer.
