I purchased this used motor from their sales department on October 20th, 2022. Invoice #******, they delivered the motor on or about November 15, 2020. I quickly realized they had sent the wrong motor and contacted them. It took them until December 7 to pick up the motor. I filled out all the paperwork sent them photos numerous times I keep making phone calls over and over and I dont get anywhere other than the same statements from their customer service in ***************, the total they owe me is $3845. Theres no dispute about that I just want it credited back to my checking account so that I can fix my truck. This is been a big hardship for me. Please whatever you can do to help resolve this I just want my credit that they promised me

I ordered a 2008 Dodger Charger engine. My invoice number is ******. Their warranty is only for ten days after you receive it. They sent me one engine. It was installed but the mechanic heard clicking. I requested a second engine. Upon receipt the mechanic said water and some other fluid was mixed together. They picked the engine up. I was told there were missing parts. I sent the parts back myself. I was told I would be receiving a refund. After waiting a month I was told that the mechanic had did something to the timing belt which messed up the engine. The second engine was never installed. ************ had approved me a loan which I still owe over $3000. They are taking the money out of my checking account on the 1st of every month. I purchased an engine through s&w engines in ********* and it was purchased early December of 2022 after a lot of time we received the engine in January around the 12th of 2023 we got the engine sent to GTO Auto which they in turn took the engine and tested before installation found out that the engine was locked we've had a drip by drip conversation on instructions on how after I requested to get my money refunded fully by this company and every day is been non-stop delay hang *** avoidance not answering the call or sending me to other numbers that do not exist I finally have gotten to the point by the step-by-step drip instructions that I sent a video in and it was showing that the engine was locked and now I'm in a waiting pattern to see if another department will give the okay to get my money back I'm not happy with the situation of why it's taking so long on top of how long it took for me to get the engine and why can't I just get the refund and the instructions on how to get this engine back to them they refuse to give me all of the information or send me instructions by email to get this done every time I talk it's a stall tactic of waiting and waiting and more waiting I want a refund of my money and I want it now.

On Dec 14th I purchased a used transmission for $1605.00 from SW Engines. 3 weeks later it still had not been shipped, claiming carrier never picked it up. I then requested a refund so I could purchase one locally. It is Jan 23rd and I still have no refund. My complaint is that when I call Im placed on hold for 20 minutes before someone picks up the phone, says nothing, and hangs up. Nobody will speak to me or answer any questions. This company needs to be reported and made to conduct fair business. I suppose I have to get a lawyer? I just want my money back so I can fix my truck!
