      I bought a car from them 11 months ago and all of a sudden my cars engine went out and needs to be replaced they are not doing the work cause oil changes were not done through them

      This dealership needs to work on what means to be honest with their customers. I had an approval for a loan from my bank with a set interest rate and to do 60 months. I understand I did not request the correct amount it did not equal the amount for taxes and things but even after all that what this dealership tried to quote me was way more than the interest rate I was approved by my bank for and I didnt appreciate no one being upfront about that and trying to get to tell me I was getting my bank approved rate . I was told the loan obviously had to be higher but it was going to be added to my ***** loan then it just did not feel right when both people would not confirm to me one was the manger I was getting my approved interest rate from my bank I calculated what my total should of been with everything at the interest rate I was approved by my bank and 60 months payment and what this dealership quoted me at 72 months was 4,286 more In interest and I stated I wanted to do the 60 months with my interest rate I was approved by my bank but I was told dishonest figures obviously not based on my approval from ***** I will never recommend this dealership and always tell others to stay far away as possible. Also the car was dirty and the excuse for that was they didn't know I was coming which is another lie I called the day before and scheduled the appointment yes I changed the times and I did come late but I did schedule a appointment so the dealership did know I was coming and coming to see that car so right there should of been a big red flag for me and also there was a small dent that was starting to rust so on top of the deceit about my interest rate and loan there were other red flags and things being lied about to me.

      They are very rude and unprofessional especially Elizabeth in account, Doug , Jon and Johnathon, m filling a complaint with the bbb for assistance with this problem, the practice there is unethical and down right wrong, they only What was that? Money which is poor practice and I will let this be known everywhere

      Do not purchase an RV from this dealership unless you never plan to use the service department. Once they had our money, they did not fix the items identified at walkthrough on the "I owe you" list before we picked the coach up as promised. I have been lied to repeatedly and management just makes empty promises and never actually checks on the situation, calls back, or gets anything resolved. I have talked to my RV manufacturer who tells me Kunes service department hasn't even contacted them while they feed me the line that it is the manufacturer holding things up. It got so ridiculous they claimed that the Amish are making parts for our air conditioner (******** **) so that is why it is taking so long?!?

      I was super unhappy with my old car I got in November and having to take it in so much, and then finding out it has even bigger problems. Since then I got something new with the help of my parents and I'm happy again. I feel good that I can transport my kids around in something much safer and more reliable.I still will never trust a used vehicle ever again.

      The math doesn't math!$2000 for tax,title,license on $5600 car????A $995 "accessory fee"$400 "government fee"They will not let me take a picture or take price breakdown out of building with me Very sketchy I feel consumers are being overcharged for cars and taken advantage of

      I had the worst experience of my life dealing with this company. I would never do business with this company and I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company. they knowingly tried to finance a car to me when it had a emissions leak then didn't return my down payment and I'm still waiting and it's been months later. They have lied to me and I wish I never dealt with this company.

      Well we just had the worst experience buying a car in my 45 years of buying cars. They knowingly sold us a lemon and when we called to tell them our problems they told us to stick it. We don't care. How do these people sleep at night? So all I can say is stay far away from them. We should have done more research on them but this was the only car in the whole state that suited us so we took it. Shame on us for trusting them.

      If I could rate this business a zero I would! Worst customer service ever. Stay far far away from this business! Our 2022 Jayco travel trailer has been in for repair since April 8th 2022 and it is now September 12th with no end in site! Worst customer service ever! I will never buy another Jayco and will never buy from Kunes. I could write a book with everything we are dealing with. Its exhausting and frustrating. Time to lawyer up.

      Consumer Beware! Our experience has been an absolute camper/travelers nightmare! We scheduled some warranty work on siding that came loose over a month in advance and dropped our 2022 Jayco travel trailer off on April 8th, 2024. After months of being lead down a path of disappointments, lies, disrespect and missing 6 months of traveling we were finally told in October our unit was finished. It was not completely finished as they said and had checked off on the warranty so we had to leave it for another week. No one called us to tell us it was finished the 2nd time. We went on our own and checked it out on the lot and brought it home. Once home we opened the slide out and heard a crunching sound. They made a disaster out of our siding that butts up to the slide out. It looks like they cut the siding short and tried to tar it in. The seals are all ate up and ripped. Theres gobs of tar everywhere. Screws never made it in to the siding so the siding is open and loose on the opposite end they fixed. Our unit is now at another dealership fixing what Kunes did!! It is now 8 months and we still do not have our travel trailer. This has caused many life disruptions as we retired to travel and have paid RV sites we have not been able to use. Kunes is not responding to any emails or trying to rectify the situation. We have taken small claims action and they have failed to show up for any court dates to present or make contact with us. They definitely fail at their core value motto and I caution anyone thinking about using Kunes for sales and especially service. I do believe my photos and video will speak for itself.

      Horrible service. The sales and I agreed on a price prior to coming in. I have emails and also text messages to prove of the agreement. I had an appointment to come in today to finish the paperwork. I found out prior to going in the sales team raised the price by almost $6,000.00 once I spoke to the manager they said they would not honor the original price we agreed to. They even checked my credit with 7 hard inquiries without even telling me of the price hike. The customer service was horrible and I feel this dealership should be investigated since they are raising prices and hitting your credit without consulting the customer
