1 starI purchased my vehicle from Kunes Madison and had it for 2 weeks before it started to give me problems. I contacted service, sale, sales manager and the dealership and left multiple messages and not a single call back. However when it came time to purchase the vehicle, I received daily calls and texts. So far I'm out of $600 on defects that are not covered by the warranty. The auto shop that I took it to for the repair work stated that if the vehicle was inspected before placing it for sale, they would have detected these issues. This place is nothing more than a glorified ** ******, and doesn't care about family values(per their core statement). I would highly suggest purchasing from a different dealership.Review fromCole W

1 starBeen trying to get in contact with the title clerk pre GM financial suggestion. Every time I've tried, i get forwarded to a phone that just rings and no call back, or get told they will send me the contact info for the title clerk and don't get any info. I'm just a guy trying his best to get a couple of answers and all i get it's absolutely nothing in return. i will never do busy with this dealership again and trying to cut all ties fast as i can. the other thing is every time I've walked in to get service or help about something over the past year, everyone there is different each time. no employee longevity. no familiar faces.Review fromPrinceton E

1 starThis is by far the poorest ran dealership I have ever been to. I own a multitude of personal vehicles as well as Semi trucks. I would like to consider myself pretty familiar with dealerships and the type of treatment you're suppose to recieve when conducting any sort of business with one. The signs were there from the very beginning when I couldnt get a call back about my fianc's approval. Once we finally recieved a phone call we were told what she was approved of and that the color would be available upon arrival next day (Saturday). Well once we showed up everything explained to us by ****** was far from the truth. Long story short, we left car less after being onsite for hours. We drove all the way from ********* to ******* just to run into a bunch of long waits, uncertainty and far from the truth excuses. Once ****** finally made it to us at the end of the evening from talking to everyone else and after all these promises we were finally sent home. Moving forward we were told we would find out the exact truth Monday about the car/financing and for the car to potentially be brought to ********* but they would call us first. Do you think any of this happened? NOPE!! ******** was the salesman we worked with but it didnt seem like he knew too much information because everything had to be relayed from ****** and ****** seems to be doing everybody's financing where he can't focus on yours. Once Monday came I heard from knowone, I called multiple times and yet nothing. I even got the supervisors info (******) and he never returned my call after multiple attempts. This place is a mess, whenever I've ever been to a dealership the feeling of the salesman to the finance team always felt like they really were trying to assist you any way they could. This spot was total opposite, shame on you guys. I will be doing a ******* review as well as a social media review on this specific company. From one business owner to another. I'm very disappointed!-********* ****-Review fromLarry F

2 starsBUYER BEWARE! We purchased a used toyhauler unit from Kunes in ******, Wi. last March ('23). First time using it we discovered four things that needed addressing.1. Max *** ceiling fan motor, 2. Black water tank flush plugged, 3. On board fuel pump motor, 4. Fridge temps. We also purchased a VSC, (vehicle service contract). After reporting the non working items I returned the unit for repairs. I was told they'd take care of it. I traded it two weeks ago, I was issued a refund check of $1295.65. for "unused" VSC repairs. I was expecting a refund of $2940.00 of the contractual amount of $4412.00. After a few contacts with various staff there, i was informed of their standard practice is any work done is sent through as service contract work.IN CONCLUSION: I'm not saying they're a bad company, but, do a walk-through before you sign the paperwork, make sure that EVERYTHING works. I believe they should've made sure there were no issues, or fixed them as a working unit. I learned the expensive way.Review fromCharlotte H

1 starI was sent a prequalified mailing in the mail so I made an appointment to go to the Kunes of Greenfield. I wasted my time. I felt that I wasn’t given the respect that I should have because I was a woman and African American. I don’t even believe they checked with any banks for my approval. I also asked about a vehicle that was advertised online and they still denied Me access to even see it. They claim they help you but they don’t.Review fromGloria G

I purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue sport in January 2024 at this location used. Had it service for a free oil change in May or June didn't notice any problems until July when my car started leaking and smoking under the hood. I've called for 2 weeks to get someone to look at it but no one call to help , I've talked to numerous of people to try to see if they can try to look into it all I got was someone will call you in which I haven't heard anything to get this matter taken care of. I ended taking it to a auto shop around the corner from my house the guy checked it and found out that my electric fan was unplug without my knowledge so I explained it to him that Kunes service department was the only place that service my car when I tried calling Kunes in Delavan I get the run around. I feel that they knew about this problem and cover it up and sold me a faulty car that I had no awareness of the problem. I put in too much money into this car for the service department to treat me this way and they called themselves inspected this car so I'm very disappointed in Kunes Chevrolet Cadillac in Delavan Wi.Gloria G

1 starI would like to start off with the purchase and process of my 2019 Ford Raptor went smooth other then the hidden fees they charge you after you send the bank the bill of sale. Once you start the financing process you'll see the extra charges that were not disclosed during finalizing numbers. Then during pickup to find out someone has taken the rear floor mat after I had already put a hold on the vehicle with a payment. Tried to get a replacement but they laughed it off so I let it be. My main reason for 1 star. Only If their was an option for 0. would be for the Service Department and Kunes "No Fear Warranty" It has been a battle dealing with the service department since my first service of owning the truck back in January 2023. If you want to buy a vehicle their, make sure its new ( Factory Warrantied ). If its used and a FORD. Invest in ***** *** which is ***** ******** ********. But if you can only go with a third party warranty. DO NOT BRING IN FOR SERVICE. They will NOT accept your 3rd party warranty and will give you a excuse why they don't accept it! The NO FEAR WARRANTY is a sellers scam! They will tell you the vehicle comes with a "In house warranty" As long as you go to any Kunes dealer and complete the service recommendations which is every 5k miles. No biggy. But don't replace your air filter, cabin filter, or do a tire rotation yourself because you'll end up paying for those services and parts and if you don't It'll VOID your Kunes NO FEAR WARRANTY!. Its a joke SELLERS SCAM! Anytime you have explain to the service adviser what issue you have going on. MAKE SURE YOU SEE IT IN THE NOTES! Because next time you come in they will tell you ITS NOT IN THE NOTES. I am dealing with a oil leak/oil consumption/turbo seals. All are seals and gaskets, According to the KUNES NO FEAR! It's covered but when it happens its NOT! Had a talk with FORD and Kunes Ford on a 3 way. Service advisor told me "If the part is faulty and it needs a gasket, Then its covered. WHAT?Review fromAl G

1 starPurchased on line a 2023 used Toyota Crown with advertised 5300 miles. Upon picking up vehicle, I noticed he Crown had 6700 miles. Jackson, sales, told me that an employee had taken the Crown on a trip and that had put onl 1400 miles. When Jackson showing me the features of the Crown I noticed the Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS, was illuminated. The employee who had driven this vehicle did not report the illuminated TPMS and have this problem corrected. When I called this to the attention to Jackson, he put air in the tires and said the light would go out after driving several miles. Drove to MN, light tpms system, see Toyota Dealer ASAP. Made an appointment 3 days later with local Toyota Dealer and was informed that the TPMS had been removed. The Toyota Dealer said that for safety reasons the TPMS needs to be installed. I authorized the repair, the service manage of the MN Toyota dealershipindicated he would reach out contact Kune's Service Manager to get authorization to pay for repairs. The Kunes service manager did not respond to IGH Toyota , service manager, Joey ******, after several left messages. I contacted Jackson. sales team, and told him of the problem. He said this was beyond his pay grade and passed my concern to Jon, Sales Manager. Four emails and calls to Jon, did not rectify my the problem. Jon passed my concern to Brian, General Manager of Kunes GMC. After 4 left messages and to Brian, he has not returned any of my calls and Jon's promises that Brian would reach out to me. I paid $739.56, to get vehicle repaired to insure safe road travel. I am disappointed in this GMC Dealership. A courtesy call from the General Manager should not be expecting too much. Documentation of invoices have been forwarded to Kunes GMC of Oak Creek, Wi. Kunes GMC has the responsibility to disclose safety concerns to their customer. *****************Review fromLucas J

1 starI wish I could rate this 0 stars. Extremely disappointed in their ability to stand behind their choice to take my truck to a 3rd party windows place to which they damaged my vehicle and are still 3 years later refusing to pay for it. Plus the problem from 3 years ago is still ongoing...
