      I bought a self propelled lawn mower on 4/18/25. On 4/22/25, it quit working in the middle of mowing. I took it back to Menards and they would not refund or replace. They said it had to be dropped off to be worked on and if they could not fix it then it would be replaced. Dropped it off the next day and they are 2 1/2 weeks out on fixing it. I bought a brand new mower and within 4 days it broke and am now without a mower for weeks which defeats the purpose of buying a brand new mower as well as inconvenienced by finding someone to load it up and drop it off to be looked at. This is unacceptable. As of 5/8, I still do not have my mower back nor have I received any updates. Having a mower break within days of purchasing, I would like my money back to purchase a different mower.

      My brand new mower that I had for 4 days has been at the shop being looked at for 4 weeks now. I understand following the protocol to be repaired, which I did. I took the mower in the same day it quit working to get a quick resolution to the problem. It is completely unacceptable to be without a mower for 4 weeks after purchasing a brand new mower for a reason. I would never expect it to be reasonable for a brand new item to be faulty and unusable within 4 days of purchase and to wait over a month for a resolution. I request a full refund to be able to purchase a reliable new mower asap.

      I have now been without a mower for almost 8 weeks. It needs a new transmission. So I bought a brand new obviously faulty mower from you, had it 4 days, used it 1 timehave now been waiting 8 weeks while following your protocol, and if ever I do get it back, its no longer the new mower I bought but it will be a rebuilt mower and the bulk of mowing season will be over. I want a refund or a brand new mower! ****! I was sold a faulty mower and you refuse to stand by your products or offer any solution at all. I still have no mower!!!

      on 3/02/25 I placed an order for 5 doors when they came in the veneer had flaws. My contractor brought this to my attention. MENARDS ordered new doors second order. 4/10 My contractor returned these doors again. I went later that day for my refund and found out Menards was going to keep 25% of my purchase. First I talked to a gentlemen didn't get his name and was told there was nothing wrong with these doors and he walked away, then I talked to ***** ****** Assistant General Manger, he said there was nothing wrong with the doors that's the way they should be, he worked in Mill works for 7 yrs. I went to 2 different hardware stores #1 Menards #2 ********** showed them pictures Menards said the veneer is delaminating, cracking & splitting won't stain right ,********** basically said the same. If the workmanship was done right I wouldn't be returning these doors I should not be charged 25% for poor quality of workmanship. I am asking for a full refund of $2955.14 tax included. STORE #****

      I orderedroughly 6 doors from Menards. Storm doors were special order from ****** who works with Menards. One of the storm doors wasn't shipped with all the pieces. I contacted **** at Menards who had me send him pictures so he could contact ******. ****** sent the missing pieces. My contractor (one of Menards contractors) coulfdn't finish that door until the parts came ****** the contractor wants to be paid $250 to return just to finish that door. I feel since it was Menards/****** who shipped something incomplete they should be the ones to pay this fee.I contacted Ray - Menard, Inc. - ************** <**************************************************************> and he is refusing to do anything.I have paid more than $6k in doors in a short period of time from Menards. They should take responsibility and do what is right!I last told them that if they don't want to pay the contractor to come back, they can send someone who is knowledgeable with installing doors to come and finish the job at no cost to me.

      I ordered ****** dollars worth of cabinets. They delivered the wrong colored cabinets, and will not rectify the problem. Clerk submitted order with wrong exterior finish. I cannot use these cabinets, and can't afford to buy more. First picture is what we wanted second picture is what we received .

      I placed an online order on 04/05/2025 for an item to be shipped to my local store in *********, ** for pickup. The item was advertised with large text in the Menards app as having "FREE SHIPPING TO STORE!" with no mention of a processing fee. Once the order was placed, I realized I had been charged a processing fee of $1.40.I contacted Menards customer service thinking this must be a mistake. Every other time I have ordered something online from Menards, through an email promotion or otherwise, and saw this exact text, there was NO processing fee. I informed them this fits the definition of "deceptive advertising" as outlined in the United States federal FTC Act. After multiple back and forth emails, they stood firm they would not reimburse me, nor would they clarify the policy on their app. They offered to cancel the order and refund me, but only for the subtotal MINUS the processing fee, which does not seem legal given the deceptive tactics used to collect the fee.I am attaching screenshots from the order and item in their app (file names contain ********), as well as screenshots from a different online order (file names contain ********), which contained the exact same advertising text of "FREE SHIPPING TO STORE!". That order, as you can see in these images, did NOT charge a processing fee.

      We purchased a shower door for our lake house. It didnt fit, so we returned it 2 days later. They told us to drive around back to their yard where their forklift driver would unload. Their forklift driver ran into my brand new (2 months old) car. We filed a complaint with their general manager (he was rude) and both the ** and us took pictures of it. He gave us their insurance company to contact. After 3 weeks and 9 attempts, we finally heard back from a ****** **** (very rude) from ********* ******* Services who informed us that they were denying our claim because they had no video evidence of hitting my car. We have pictures and 2 employee witnesses who saw It. So are they lying as well? This is about $6000 in damage. I want my car fixed and paid for by Menards.

      On March 27, 2025 I returned merchandise that I bought but did not use for my home rehab. Menards allows a person to use their ID if you don't have a receipt. You can use it 3 times every 3 months according to the customer service ***resentative. I had $485.00 of merchandise but no receipt because we kept going back and forth from the store while rehabbing so there were a lot of receipts but they were lost. On that day in March, the returns desk *** at the Menards in **********, ** took my merchandise and only gave me the attached receipt in return saying that I needed to email them at ******************************************* in order to get my refund. I got several of the same emails asking for the receipt number, my name and address. I sent the info each time and got a response saying they couldn't find my receipt. I tried to call a customer service number found online but it is only for the menards credit card. I tried to email and got an email stating I had to go through the receiptinquiries email which is an automated email. There is no one to actually speak to and I'm worried because my merchandise totaled $485.00. Can you please help? Thank you.

      We bought wood to buy to build a deck. They sent some bad wood so we called and asked them to pick it up to return. They charged us a hundred dollar delivery fee for their bad wood! My contractor talked to the manager at Menards in ******* and he was very rude and he said that they will not take the charge off. This is very unfair.

      March 2nd i placed a vanity from website, then i realise wrong size i try to look up their number , there is no phone number, so i sent them e mail on 2nd to cancel my order, they sent an email says i have to return the item which item didn,t get the store , wait for couple of days to item arrives and then return it, they will charge 25 percent restocking fee. , item i didn,t pick up but yhey charge on my credit card.
