      This is regarding order #********** On April 12, 2025 I purchased 3 items from ************ for a total of $190.50 I ordered - ***************************************************************************************************************************************** On April 16th it was delivered. I opened the package and the ******************************** was missing and the Full-Zip Hoodie had an (ink release security tag) that was damaged. I had no idea the glass had damaged during shipping and the ink was busted so as i tried to grab the hoodie small pieces of glass had entered my fingers! I was furious and even wanted to sue kohls! I pay $70 and you can't even make sure that the freaking security tag is off?? I reached out to a customer representative via chat and he sent a replacement for the hoodie but I had to call to be refunded for the missing ********************************. After waiting for weeks I never recieved the ******************************* Fleece Pants or the replacement either! After speaking with another representative i was told there was nothing they could do!My experience shopping with kohls has been nothing short of horrific. First the glass tag they failed to removed sliced my fingers now I'm being refused a refund for my missing order. I am here to request a full refund of $130.50 for the missing pants and replacement hoodie even if it's just a courtesy refund for the inconvenienceand injury cause by all this!!

      I would like proof, a confirmation number, or a confirmation email that a refund was initiated and processed for the replacement Full-Zip Hoodie and Fleece Pants that I never recieved in the amount of $130.50. I have been checking my email since and a representative from Kohls Claims Department has yet to reach out to me directly regarding my injury concerns from the glass ink security tag they failed to remove before shipping to me! Because I just spoke to ******** *. a customer service agent of theirs via the chat on their site and I was told that no refund was processed!

      I ordered a dress on line priced 21 dollars. I had trouble placing the order at first because site was going very slow. When it came time to finally complete my order there was instead of one, there were two. One in store, and the other to be shipped. The item to be shipped was not even the size I ordered and neither were at the price advertised, but **************************************************************************************** fulfillment. Both under one order number, mind you. I called customer serving and they would not help me. They argued they dont allow you to cancel the item because its being fulfilled, even though it hadnt shipped. As I talked to the *** I received an email stating the online order was cancel and that ***** of the 35 would be refunded. Never got it. I was they would cancel the order before being shipped but it would take 30. Received an email stating it was refunded and may take up to 30 day, but instead received the item by mail. Brought it back to the store. Item Not Found!!!! Store called them and they said they can only return over phone. Guess what! Complete scam. I gave them the item and called afterwards to see if the return went through through and they act like the canceled item charged me and no clue if the item I returned to the store. KOHLS ROBBED ME!!!! I know were truly in a recession when a store is scamming and robbing and frauding customers by false advertising.

The referenced order that was placed on April 16, 2025, included two items; a Girls 7-16 Knit Works Sleeveless Tiered Dress with Long Sleeve Popover Sweater 2-Piece Set/Size Large (this item was cancelled and the customer was not charged for this item) and the second item was a Girls 7-16 Knit Works Sleeveless Tiered Dress with Long Sleeve Popover Sweater 2-Piece Set/Size Small. The customers bank card was charged $27.29 for this item. We processed a return for $27.29 on April 21, 2025. The return will reflect on the customers bank statement within 10 business days.

      I ordered a ****** ***** Moissanite Ring (Order #**********) from Kohls for $256.20. When it arrived, the box was empty. I contacted support, and they sent a replacement (Order #**********)same issue: no ring inside.Ive contacted Kohls multiple times, but support has been unhelpful and offered no resolution. I now have two empty boxes and no refund.

      I received a coupon from Kohls for 40% off online or in store. When I went to use the coupon in-store I was told that the coupon would not work on any of the items I was purchasing. I have double checked the coupon and all if the exclusions *** I should have been able to use the coupon on a majority of the items I purchased. I reached out to their online help. All I was told was sorry nothing was eligible. Yet according to their guidelines every item I purchased was in fact eligible for the 40% off.

      Then I need to know exactly WHAT comparable items the coupon would have been accepted on. At this point being given the same answer of these items were NOT eligible is NOT acceptable. This seems to be a huge problem for Kohls. And a bait and switch tsctic. After so many years of being a loyal customer it is absolutely wrong for ********************** to treat me this way. Since they will NOT honor their own coupon *** can't or won't say what would be covered (and at this point it seems like EVERY item in store is not eligible) it's going g to be a very long time before Kohls gets another cent from me. I will be sure to spread the word of how badly Kohls treats loyal customers as well.

      How convenient that the business can say sorry nothing we can do. Big bait and switch and nothing gets done about it. They still can not tell me what similar items WOULD have been coupon eligible. Because NOTHING in the store is EVER coupon eligible.

      I was just in the store on Sunday, May 4th. Had a 30% off coupon. Again I had ALL **** brand items but nothing was coupon eligible. I did not use that coupon and only purchased the items that were completely paid for with my kohls cash. 

      You would think customer satisfaction and keeping a loyal customer would be important. But apparently it is not. I will continue to post bad reviews and file complaints until something IS done. At this point the only solution is a refund in the amount of $80 which is what my 40% off would have been.

      I recently placed an online order with Kohls and only received one of the two shirts I purchased. Specifically, I received the gray shirt, but the black shirt was missing from the package.Since receiving the partial order, I have made multiple attempts to contact Kohls customer service. Unfortunately, Ive been unable to speak with a live representative. Their online contact form appears to use AI, and it has not responded to my issue correctly or provided a resolution.I simply want the missing black shirt from my order to be shipped to me as soon as possible.

      I ordered a baby gift registry welcome box. I have a registry and only had to pay for shipping. I have not received my welcome baby box. I contacted customer service and they are not willing to help me. No confirmation has been sent. My credit card has been billed.

      I have problem hacker or glitch in the system ? ? I was in process of placing an order I canceled because I decided its not what I really wanted. I asked for proof where the Kohls cash was used. I thought being that I canceled the order that my Kohls cash wouldve been used online first time I usually make orders over the phone black sneakers out of stock I checked finally in stock came in thinking that I still had 3 $10.00 Kohls cash courtesy On a botched previously order that didnt go through then I made second order bra cami much trouble So as a courtesy, I talk to a manager there and I mentioned that my bra Cami was put back before the deadline time , what happened I made a order and called N I said my order was never placed. Then it was for the second time an order was made of bra cams So I had gotten three $10 Kohls that added up to $30 in Kohls cash as I mentioned I went back to make another order and use the 3 $10.00 Kohls cash in a new order and they it was used, but it was not I asked for proof where the $30 was used ????? I was told that it was not used if I didnt make an order which they wont find because I did not make an order!!!!!!! I canceled the order so I asked for proof where the three $10 Kohls cash .I asked for proof where the Kohls cash was used Ive gotten no response from Kohls I called the corporate office. They have a phone line for issues and they do not want to make this right and correct it. Also I was told when you do a refund you dont get Kohls cash anymore. I was given the wrong info !!!!! They send Kohls cash too many places its hard to keep up with. **** mail, wallet and email to send Kohls cash I have photos of the Kohls cash I lost and expired. I only want what Im entitled to and what to do for my purchases. Show me the-order where the $30 Kohls cash was spent prove it. No response I was disrespected.       I filed a complaint with the BBB, complaint #******** and accepted the agreement from Kohls that they would email me a $50.00 Kohls Cash for my frustration with this issue. Surprised, surprise, I havent received anything from them. This agreement was made on April 11, 2025. I would like to re-open my original complaint with Kohls and actually get some satisfaction. Kohls sold a defective Apple gift card to me that was either not properly activated or was too old. Im still out $50.00 and neither Kohls nor ***** will accept responsibility nor refund me or replace the defective gift card.
