      I'm a long time ****** customer, been making purchases since 2019. On Nov 23rd 2023, I made a purchase on ****** website, order number **********, I purchased a Toastmaster 1.5-Cup Mini Chopper, SKU: #********, a Toastmaster Mini Personal Blender, SKU: #******** and a Toastmaster 6-in. Electric Skillet SKU: #********. In ****** promotion advertisement, I can receive $12 rebate for each of the 3 items, and I sent a letter, an application for rebate, the order receipt and 3 UPC for rebate. After that I got email saying my tracking number is ********** and got a letter including 2 gift cards total valuing $24. However, even though I sent the rebate information together in the same letter, I never got the other $12 rebate. I'm unhappy with the rebate processing and I demand that my other $12 rebate be sent to me.

      I placed an order on January 19, 2023 at 1:52 PM on the Kohls app with my Kohls charge card. I took it to the store on 02/05/23 at 3:48 pm to return the ************************* extra warmth comforter. I was charged $116.99 for this item on order #**********, and when I got the refund I was only given $79.25. I took a screen shot of the screen during the refund process and as you can see they subtracted $33.97 as a supposed transaction discount? I dont know what that means, but I know I was charged $116.99. I am aware that people can make returns at kohls without receipts and receive the lowest sale price on the floor, but that is not the case here as I placed the order online thus had ample proof and receipts. They did give me back $3.77 in Kohls cash that was used to pay for it, but I have no idea what that transaction discount would mean because my card was charged the entire $116.99 amount and I would like to be refunded fully (aside from the amount $3.77 that was refunded to me in Kohls cash). To add insult to injury, I have been treated horribly rudely by their customer support and its honestly infuriating that nobody seems to know how to do their job, or its very rare to find a support agent who actually does, as with the case of the first agent who created the reference number for me that nobody else followed. (Reference number 230205-011536).

If someone had explained that to me I would not have created a report so maybe the customer service needs to be trained and educated better to explain to customers the break downs of an order.

      I was promised a refund for an order that took way too long to arrive. They told me to call back the next day and they would process the refund. Now every time they call they hang up on me after waiting for over 30 minutes a time. I have proof of the refund promise

      In November 2022 I purchased Toastmaster Brand products and submitted the rebate receipt by the deadline of 12/25/2022 Limit of 5 rebates per household was allowed. I submitted 5 rebate requests in one envelope. I have received 4 of the rebates not all 5. When I do the suggested contact opportunities which are an online address and a phone number, I am just put at a dead end. No further information provided and no one else to contact. Strictly automated.I would like my final $12 rebate. Sad part is this same thing happened in 2021.I just let the 5th rebate go and did not push it. This time I see a pattern so I am filing a complaint.

      On Jan 22 2023 I ordered 3 items online. Two were picked up in the store by me. One was said to have shipped on Jan 24. Order #**********, it has never updated and continues to say awaiting pick up by carrier on both the kohls and *** tracking. I have called as this is not the norm with delivery with Kohls As of today it still has not changed. I called right away after the 24th then was told I would receive by Jan 30. Jan 30 it did not arrive and was told when I called that I must call Feb 6. Still not updated on tracking or my Kohls acct as trackable and actually shipped. I went to the store for help on Feb 6, the manager and I called Kohls.com together and were told I would need to call back on the 8th, when we talked to a manager he said the 7th. Each call required 30 mins and frustration to get through a menu. I simply am not convinced it has shipped and would like my refund for the item **** body pillow without having to call in another time to be told I still have to wait.

      I had $***** in kohls cash that was going to expire on 1/31. I photo copied the cash Because I knew I was not going to be able to spend it by that date and I knew **** will honor it up to 10 days past the date of expiration. I went today 2/5/23 to use my kohls cash and was told by the cashier that I couldnt use it because its reward money not Kohls cash. I said to the cashier it says Kohls cash (See picture). The cashier says no thats rewards money and its expired. Rewards dont get the grace ******* Im sorry but this is very miss leading. How was I even to know that this was Kohls reward when its clearly marked Kohls cash. If the $***** was reward money WHY would it be labeled Kohls cash. Clearly there are different rules on how to use the rewards vs cash. If the rules are different then the two should clearly NOT share the same name. Kohls should NOT be marking the reward money as kohls cash. I lost ***** because I was miss lead to think this was kohls cash because thats what it says Kohls cash.Shame on Kohls to mislead their consumers.

      We apologize for our customer's frustration. ****** Cash coupons are never valid for an entire month, they are usually valid for less than two weeks from the earning date. The 10 day grace ****** that we currently offer is valid for ****** Cash coupons as a courtesy if a customer was not able to redeem in the short redemption ******.

      Kohls Reward balances are converted into ****** Cash and issued the first day of the following month, these coupons are valid for 30 days. (These coupons will always be marked for the first day of the  month to the last day of the month) There is not extension to these have a longer redemption ****** than ****** Cash. Reward balances will fluctuate based on purchases and returns.       As a courtesy we have resent the $30 coupon to the customer's email and this coupon is valid until March 30, 2023. We have also shared the customer's feedback with our internal marketing partners for future consideration.

      False advertising and Click Bait when shopping on line through the Kohls app. Kohls notoriously lists a clearance price, with multiple colors and sizes available, but as soon as you select an item, the price reverts back to the original sale price and not the clearance sale price. Just to verify, I select every color and size (because I know that sometimes the most popular color will be a higher price), but the price is always the higher. This to me is false advertising and its a complete waste of time to scroll through multiple screens and items only to find there is no clearance price as advertised. I called customer service about this once and was told that maybe my app was outdated and I should delete and reinstall it. I did that and the same thing happened. Ive been a very long-standing customer of ********************** but am truly disappointed at the deceptive sales practices.

      I would like to see return labels in each mailing out of a package because a couple times this year I put in one address and it went to the wrong one and you guys have refunded me but its taken Apple amount of time when its someones birthday. The gifts are for Christmas and happened to me twice somewhere when I was typing my credit card you reverted to an address that wasnt supposed to be and I tell you right now he I could help you do your job better if you would have supplied the return shipping without you having just to refund me on the cuff so in addition more a lot of people have a different sizes that theyre not happy with and like me Im in ******* I dont have a business printer to print and I have your permission to print private stuff on there so then I say why dont you do return address labels and this will help the customer greatly and I say this in the authority of the federal professional development management

      I purchased 3 items during Kohls Black Friday 2022 sale which had rebate promotions on Nov 10, 2022. I mailed on Dec 19, 2022 with 100% correct information and 100% required documentation. Ive made every reasonable attempt to contact Kohls and they have provided zero help on resolving. Rebate amount owed by Kohls that is still unpaid: $36 I went to the website of the rebate form and the website has no trace of my rebate (no tracking ID, no status). I called the phone number of the rebate form which was just recorded messages and endless circle of irrelevant menu options with zero human being. I called Kohls customer service who only provided me with the same contact information on the rebate form which I already tried.
