      On 11/17 I purchase some items from kohls. I reached out because the next couple days the price went down. They were for 2 separate orders. Both associates told me they would refund the difference in the form of kohls cash. In the meantime ***** has told me they now will not honor the ***** kohls cash I was supposed to receive and the manager actually disconnected the chat before even hearing from me. I am attaching the chat transcript in order. I had to take screen shots of it but am more than happy to email it if you want it.

      Order Number: ********** Date: November 25, 2022 Total price: $562.99 This was the total after they canceled some items. Even though they already charged me ****** and didnt cancel that charge. So now charged an additional $562.99. But that isnt my only problem they are shipping to someone elses address. Mind you I never received an email confirmation so thats why I checked. When I pulled up my order it had the wrong address. I tried contacting customer service several times with no resolution. They told me they could not change the address. That once they ship it, then it could be intercepted and once returned to the warehouse I could get a refund. I do not want a refund I want the items I ordered. I do not want to be charged twice. I want you to fix your flawed system! Here is all the proof of wasted time on the phone. What address they decided it needed to be shipped to even though my shipping address and billing address are stated in my account and was typed in at the time of check out. And now my only resolution is they get to hold onto my money until the order is packaged and shipped(to the wrong address) then intercepted and sent back to the warehouse. Will I then get a refund. That I dont even want, I just want an address change and the right amount charged. I will also be contacting the **** Because I had one order and didnt authorize a second charge. And you can not hold peoples money hostage because your system is flawed. And why have a customer service number if they cant help resolve any problems. Mind you I recorded all phone calls also.

      Placed a order online, order # ********* 2hrs later when I realized it was being shipped to my daughter in laws in ******* and not my address in *********** I contacted the online phone # was told costumers only had 30 minutes to change orders, modify or cancel them. Everything I ordered for my daughter in ct was being shipped to *******. The online app never requested my credit card security code and I hadn't even realized the order had gone through I was about to re order the entire order when I first checked my credit card and saw it on there. ***** told me I can return everything to a store but my daughter in law would have to do that because it's being shipped to her. Khols states they do this because it is a quick fulfillment center it's being shipped out yet the shipment isn't leaving khols till Wed of next week 3 business days and 7 bus days from ordering yet ******************************************************************************************* cancel the order.Thank you, *****************************

      Re: Khol's TGIBF Sweepstakes - Website was unresponsive and now down - can not win prizes or khols cash - kind of a waste of going to the store and not getting anything at all. Longer issue -- My mom only wanted to go to Khols for Black Friday for these scratch-offs thinking the cards would give us immediate discounts or extra khols cash. Which it's okay that it doesn't -- what's upsetting is getting up, waiting in line to be one of the first **************** the store and then ALL of us who have a scratch off not being able to redeem our codes online. At first we were told the website was broken due to the sweepstakes not being turned on at the appropriate time -- then being told the website is just crashing (though as someone with a bit of HTML experiance -- the website wasn't overloading as much as there was no link it could go to to show you your prize after redeeming the code. So the first employee telling us it was broken was right. Not cool to lie to other employees or customers just FYI.) -- I used 40% of my phone battery just trying to get this link to work and take our codes to no avail. Then when we got home we tried again, and now it's saying the website is down for maintenance...but since the back of the scratch-offs advise the sweepstakes is only from 5a-8a for today (11/25/22) only I'm feeling like it's not going to come back up. My mom and I are due something for this trouble. We wanted a chance to win kohls cash or a legoland trip for my nephew like my mom was excited for. The deals today were not what brought us into the ***** store at 5am, it was this scratch off we now can't use and won nothing despite the week long ads we got about it in ours emails and mailers. I know we aren't the only customers with issues here but this needs to be logged so maybe something that be made right for everyone who came in. This made a lot of customers angry and they took it out on employees too which isn't right either.

      I got some blankets for my nephew. He has not even gotten the order yet. They then went on sale. Kohls refuses to give me price adjustment. This is fraud and unfair trade. I bought them last week. We cant take them back to store as not close store and kohls refuses to send me a return label. I was going to reorder as ***** is alot of money for me and that would be about the price difference. I'm on limited disability income and food stamps

      Upon review of Order ********** placed November 19, 2022. Customer Ordered two The Big One Oversized Supersoft Plush Throw (SKU ******** & SKU 50814675) 
      The throws were on sale for $14.99 each, customer used a $10 off coupon as well as a 20% coupon and with tax 6.0% PA Sales Tax, the customer paid $11.09 for each blanket.

      The November 25, 2022 sale that the customer is refering to, the blankets were now on sale for $9.99 and if we applied the only available coupon at the time which was 15% (different sale, new promotions for Thanksgiving/Black Friday week) + 6% PA Sales Tax, the updated price of the blankets would have been $9.00 each

      $11.09 (previous price paid per throw)- $9.00 (Thanksgiving Week/Black Friday Promotion customer is requesting)= $2.09 per blanket x 2 throws= $4.18 difference we have applied to customer's order per her request, please allow up to 10 business days to see the credit

      ****** advertising they are hiring and set up interview just to get a call from the store that they are not hiring. They need to stop advertising for jobs and quit setting up interviews.

      Purchased Christmas lights through Kohls.com. Was awarded Kohls cash. Used $45 kohls cash to purchase a Bissell floor cleaner on Nov. 15, 2022. It is November 23, 2022 and order has not been delivered. Kohls has tagged the order as completed. *** tracking shows item has been held at one of their facilities in ***************. ***********, **. Is just across the street from me so the city is nearby. When I called kohls and advised them on 3 occasions that my package was in limbo neither here or there they give me BS. And explained that its being processed. Its a lie and nobody including *** can explain the delay. I called kohls today to cancel the order and they wont allow me to cancel. I took back my Christmas lights and asked for a refund. They tried to credit me less $45 because they said I used kohls cash from this purchase for the floor cleaner. I paid $183 for the lights and they only want to give me $143 back. I told them at the store that I have not received the floor cleaner and they dont care. I explained that I dont want it anymore and I want it cancelled. I was told to call the online kohls.com. I told them the reps at kohls.com dont fix anything and dont anymore then I do by looking at the tracking number. They are rude! Now ** told I have to wait until I get the floor cleaner and return everything together. Why should I have to make this easier for them.? I have to wait till Its delivered? Thats nonsense.!I stopped shopping at Kohls for 2-3 years because of problems with them. I gave them another chance and now I realize why I stopped shopping at Kohls in the first place. After this return I will cut up my card, throw it away and close my account.Good riddance! I still have the lights I refuse to take any amount less then I paid !Call me for receipt info.************ I want a refund for both items. One was charged to my account and the other was charged to my husbands.

It is my understanding once I accept your answer the BBB will close out the case. I see nowhere a contact person or number with Kohls to send receipt to. I will not accept this answer as written. I want a contact at kohls and not a note to send receipt thru BBB.

      I placed order # ********** at 4:19 am CST on 11/23/22. For 4 king ******* and 2 standard *******, all were in stock and would be ready for pick up at 9 am. When I placed the order all 6 items were in store at the Kohls store, I specified for pick up. The store opens at 9 am and I arrived shortly after opening. The first person I interacted with at the online pick-up counter was very challenged in the store procedure. She at no point stated that my order was shorted. I ask to speak to a "store manager", A **** presented himself. I stated that I wanted his name and the phone number to file a complaint against him and my experience. He intentionally (to avoid a complaint) gave me the phone number of ************, that number has no option to file a complaint. The correct number which I found myself is: ************. I do not appreciate being lied to by a management employee of ******. Additionally, **** made no effort to verify if there was any additional inventory in the store, to fulfill my order correctly. This was the first day of a 3-day sale, I find it hard to believe that there was not sufficient inventory to fulfill my order when my online order was confirmed entirely in stock just hours previously before the store opened. I want Kohls' to ship at their expense to my home address the 1 king ***** , which I will pay **** (minus *******) for plus tax on my Kohls charge, which they have on file.

      I placed order ********** on 11/10. Earned kohls cash which was digital and presents as a reward for buying items. I used it before the expiration and saw my initial item purchased was on further sale then what I paid. I went to purchase the item in a separate order and return order ending in **** to the store. They told me since the $40 coupon was used, I couldnt get my full amount of$228.43 back even if I returned the item I used the $40 coupon with. So that would mean no matter what I did to give back everything, Id be losing $40 of my own money spent. I called customer service as the people in ********************** suggested and the agent kept saying dont worry I will help you I asked that I receive the full refund and would do whatever I needed to get my money back so he kept saying dont worry and I would receive the full refund. I just received the PayPal return info for $185 which was not the full amount promised by the agent. The whole premise of kohls cash should be investigated but also, I was given false information by the agent and when I called back, nobody could do anything about it. Im the customer and was lied to and now am suffering for it. Nobody is taking accountability for the information I was given. I am requesting the remaining of the $228.43 to be given to me as I was promised by the agent and since I no longer possess the item purchased.

      We apologize for our customer's frustrations with earned and redeemed Kohls Cash reducing the refund amount. Please know that our ****** Cash incentive is not meant to frustrate you, it is an incentive coupon towards a future shopping trip if you choose to redeem.

      Since ****, Kohls advertising of our Kohls Cash, including the coupon itself, clearly discloses that If merchandise purchased earning Kohls Cash Coupon is subsequently returned or price adjusted, the value of the Kohls Cash coupon previously earned and/or the amount of the merchandise refund will be reduced to reflect any unearned value. This information is also found on the receipts, as well as on Kohls.com.

      If earned Kohls Cash is redeemed and then the original purchase is returned, the Kohls Cash that was spent is deducted from the return value. Finally, as set forth in the terms and conditions, the return value of merchandise purchased with Kohls Cash may be subject to adjustment. We are unable to ***** your request as there was no ****** error.

      In order for us to review the concern of a promised refund, we do require additional information including the return receipt from Order ********** as well as the return receipt from the merchandise where the $40 ****** Cash was used and all items were returned. We also require the name of the associate who promised consumer would receive a full refund.

      I do not have the copy of the receipt and the representative who promised this was through customer service on the phone and clearly not sourced within the US. I called back and asked to review the recording as Im sure you all do that for quality and I was told nobody can trace the call back to find the representative. As someone trained and working for your company to continue to say no worries and say he was going to give me a full refund then to not back it up is an issue. As a company you need to honor the word of your customer service representatives. Please search call records for this order and you should find the individual. Either way that is not helping my situation and I am refusing to shop at kohls and am having my mother close out her kohls charge account due to the way this has been handled. I am still expecting a refund.

      There is literally nothing I can provide you, but you can look at my order number which I provided you to see the refund and the return receipt that is a whole purpose of me reaching out through here because nobody from Kohls actually helps. I also told you there is no way for me to know the name of the associate on the phone who helped me because it was customer service and the guy barely spoke English, but you can check my phone records if you would like my phone number to do so This has been less than helpful over $40 with your company clearly can spare but as an individual providing for a family for the holidays, I cannot this is despicable and disgraceful as a company, and I will not let this rest
