I placed an order on September 24th, 2022 for two childrens tables and it was supposed to arrive September 29th-October 3rd and they took it upon themselves to cancel the order due to pricing error. **************** was extremely unhelpful.Business Response

Hi I placed a few orders for some items on sale. Some of my items shipped and others were canceled stating out of stock but the items were in stock. I contacted kohls asking to honor price for order ********** and I was offered $580 ****** cash for the order so I could then reorder it and end up paying the price I originally paid. I accepted the $580 kohls cash offer so I could repurchase items and also ask for it to be escalated to management so the other orders could be honored. The reason for the other orders being canceled was also out of stock when those items were also still in stock. The items showed available on their website after I ordered even on cancelation email day. **************** sent *************************** cash and not the $580 so I cant reorder the items at the sale price. Then they proceeded to deny seeing the transcript showing they offered $580. Then customer service proceeded to blame the associate. I was on hold a long time as the associate worked with management on that resolution as they stated they needed to get management approval for the $580 so I told them that they got approval for it and its documented. For them to offer a resolution for my order and then not honor the resolution means they again didn't honor the price twice. Then when I asked to speak with the supervisors manager I was then told they see I was offered the $580 kohls cash and sorry for the hassle. They still didn't give me the remaining $480 kohls cash so I could reorder. I have contacted them many times to get this resolved. I would like to have this order honored for what they agreed on as a resolution.I also would like my other items honored as the reason for cancelation was not due to out of stock as the items were still available.6280650656, **********, **********, **********. We apologize for our customer's disappointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor the price of the two chairs from order number ********** because they were the incorrect price. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, ****** shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
We emailed our customer a ****** Cash coupon in the amount of $100.00 on 9/29/22 as compensation for this experience.

As per the attached conversation they offered me a $580 kohls cash and I accepted the $580 kohls cash for the one order. They should at minimum honor what they offered and I accepted. They only sent me $100. I expected to receive $580 as that's what they said they were sending.

September 15, 2022 I was supposed to have a phone interview with the manager, ****, but come the day of and no phone call. 5 minutes after the time, I call and while Im calling he finally calls. As soon as we get on the phone, he immediately has an attitude and says harshly why do you want your job back here, to which I responded that I only left to stay home with my daughter but I really liked the environment and so Id like to come back. He goes into a big thing about how he would NEVER hire me back and began to berate me and tell me I had a bad attitude and I didnt ask people to apply for credit cards and that everyone was just waiting on me to quit. He also mentioned if I was the same girl he hired a few years ago that hed hire me back. Well, a few years ago I was younger, skinnier, and didnt have children. He also said to me in the past he only hired me because of my good looks and is known for hiring pretty, young girls that he thinks are attractive. Its also relevant to mention as soon as I got pregnant with my first child, he began giving me less hours than before. All in all, he scheduled an interview just to insult me and literally bring me to tears. He could and should have just denied my application OR went through the interview process like normal and then politely told me I wasnt going to be hired. Either way, he was out of line and VERY unprofessional and wouldnt let me get a single word in.Business Response

I placed an online order with Kohls September 20,2022. The order number is **********. I submitted the request for it to be sent to their local store for me to pickup. The window eta provided was between September 23-September 28. Today being the last day of that window with zero updates I reached out using their chat and attempted to call. The chat stated a 16 minute wait. I waited longer. When I asked how much longer it would be I was redirected to their website help link. That doesnt answer my question. In calling their automated system proceeded to tell me they could not find my order. This was after it regurgitated the order number. Because I was not fast enough in typing my order number in, it then advised I was being sent to an after call review. I just want to know where my order is. My card was charged 127.20$. This is for 2 bottles of shampoo and two bottles of conditioner. I have attached a screenshot of the order number and date range eta of its arrival to the local store.Business Response

Entered Kohls *********, **. on 9/26/22. I went in too purchase two deck chairs and a recliner deck chair. They were not priced. I found a sales associate. She walked back to area where there chairs were upon my request to help with pricing. She found as I had no price and no scan code to even find a price. She then apologized and said she would contact a manager to assist. She called the manager twice and twice the manager refused to come and offer any assistance. The third the manager told her to tell to pick up the chairs and carry them up front to her. The associate was as surprised as I was that comment and ask reiterated the question to the manager by repeating to the manager,You want the customer to bring them to you?? The manager said yes and hung up. The associate apologized to me and stated that this was not the way they do things and that normally a manager would come and assist a customer. Made purchase on Kohls mobile app today. My confirmation email showed the prices much higher for all items, even with coupon applied. Reached out to Kohls customer service chat who offered me ********************** cash for only half of the difference. I expressed this was wrong for them to overcharge me and then give me a refund in only Kohls cash forcing me to still spend that money. Told them the original discounted prices I thought I was getting still currently were displaying on their mobile app. Just keep offering Kohls cash or a refund of only 30 dollars (difference was more). They wouldnt look into it or honor any screen shots of the prices, couldnt be bothered and wouldnt cancel my order. False advertising of prices and fraudulent check out process.Business Response

The screenshots that our customer provided show the sale price and then what the price would be after applying their discount. The subtotal of our customer's order shows that they were charged the correct sale price for every item. Kohls sends me emails with a percentage off my total purchase as well as giving me kohls cash. When I place an order online and then go to check out using the kohls cash and percentage off Im not given the amount off that they claim to be giving me. In the uploaded images it shows that my shoe order was a little over a hundred dollars. The 30% off discount that they claim to give is only $15 when it should be more like $30.Business Response

Kohls replied with a generic response stating that their 30% off coupon had some exclusions but the 2 items that I put in my shopping cart were almost the same. There shouldnt have been any exclusions. Kohls is offering their customers discounts that they are not actually fulfilling. Im surprised that Im the only customer that has noticed this sneaky practice.
