I made a purchase on 2/17/25 through Kohls online. The shipment came in 3 different shipments, however 1 shipment hasn't arrived. I was supposed to get 3 sephora liquid lipstick each costing $8 plus tax. It was scheduled to arrive on Saturday 2/22, however it never arrived. When I checked the notes it stated 02/22/2025 10:21 A.M.Damage Reported All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. *** will notify the sender.Van Nuys, **, *************. A claim is own through ***. I contacted kohls via chat and was told to wait 6 days before anything could be done because even though it shows damaged it still shows on its way with delivery for 2/24, however again nothing arrived so I contacted them again via chat 2/25. Again, told to wait 6 days. It has now been 6 days from delivery date 2/22, so I reached out again. Again they said wait 6 business days and contact them on 3/2/25. Obviously, the package is damage and will not arrive, there's already a claim put in by *** but yet no one at kohls wants to take action to either issue a replacement or refund. Let's just keep pushing it out in hopes that I forget. There customer service is no good and can never assist customers.Business Response

I ordered a bissell steam cleaner from kohls January 16th 2025, the package was delivered by *** and stolen from my porch. I filed a claim with *** and it was approved, they said payment has been sent to kohls so I need to contact kohls for a refund. Every time I call kohls customer service and speak to supervisors they have no idea what Im talking about and tell me there is nothing they can do because the item was marked as delivered. I have an approved claim with *** and kohls received reimbursement from *** so I need my refund from kohls. Nobody has any idea how to handle a *** approved claim when I call kohls customer service and Im beyond frustrated.Business Response

I recently returned an item and used a 25 giftcard as part of the purchase. I never received the 25 dollar giftcard back. I reached out to customer service 3 times. They told me it was sent via mail on 1/11. I never received the giftcard. They said they would resend it and to wait 7-10 business days. I waited almost 3 weeks still no giftcard. I reached out again and they said it was only sent 1/11. I asked for kohls cash or emailed giftcard instead they said no. I went to use kohls cash in store but associate could not get it to scan. I called online help and they told me not to worry and they will reissue me new kohls cash. I never received it. Order **********. I ordered four items and received an email that I will be getting two shipments. I got one shipment all right and then I got a second shipment that had 3rd item a rug and didnt **** the 4th item one. Then I got an email that the order has been fulfilled, and I should have received two items in my second shipment which did not happen. The second shipment contained all in one item. I got extremely annoyed with all this I called I was hold on the phone for almost an hour, the person trying to figure out and then the person told me that will be a3 shipment with the next extra force item Which is coming the following day. He even found the tracking number he said that the force item is coming from a different warehouse even though all this items were identical I asked him that I dont want anything to do with Kohls because all that caused me to run to the store in the morning and buy The item because I did not know that the force item is still coming. The email said that by now I received all items into shipments old is hassle cost me a waste of my time. I asked them for the label to return all items back to the store, because I dont want to deal with that store again , they refused to give me a label and said they have rules that only over $100 can have a preset shipping label to send back. I also have a rule that if I see the email that says that you shouldve received everything by now thats what it shouldve happened. I have a rule not to waste any time on the negligence end . I did waste a lot of time on their negligence at this point I want my money back I wanna shipping label Im gonna send you all of that stuff back. Even their *** couldnt figure outBusiness Response

Placed an online order on 1/17 that was cancelled by store on 1/22. Email stated they would refund me by payment method used. I had paid with a gift card which I no longer physically have the card or the gift card number. Did an online chat same day and was told a new gift card would be sent to my house w/in 14 days. I never received a new gift card so I did another online chat on 2/12 and was told the same thing-I would receive a new gift card in the mail. I made a purchase on November 17, 2024. The item was shipped, but was lost in transit. The tracking information shows that the item was never delivered. Ever since then, I have been calling countless times to request a refund. Each time, the customer service representative would say he/she would process the refund and the refund should post in the original form of payment within 7-14 days. To date, I have not received a refund. This situation has caused considerable frustration and inconvenience, as I feel I have done everything required to resolve the issue. Despite my repeated attempts to get a refund, ****** has failed to follow through. Plain and simple!!! Kohls clearly states in writing that I was to receive a full refund for the defective pressure cookers that basically sparked and almost stated fire. I was told to dispose of them. In writing from Kohls I was told I would receive a full refund and kohls has done nothing but feed me continuously lies since! Kohls still owes me $82.73!! Kohls *********** seems to be a scam ran by Kohls associates!! Will never use again!! I want my full refund as printing writing that is attached to the complaint in full!!!! Purchased 12/15/2024. Order #********** for $143.69. Im still owed $82.73. Since I have this in writing I will be contacting a local news channel if my money is not refunded. Since Kohls has done nothing but lie to me I want to keep this complaint open until I actually receive my full credit on my original form of payment. My credit card payment is due in 5 days and I will be stuck making a payment on a balance that should not even be there. Do better kohls and follow thru with what you say!! Once I receive my money back I will respond here. I dont trust Kohls at this point! I want this kept open and active until I receive my money back!!
