It is against the law to sell used damage items with missing parts and claim it's a new items with a new item price! This is a total rippped off and deceving ************ was damage and open!Suppose to have 4 parts only had 3! Who packed that ***** ****** ?Business Response

I have $80 kohls cash and I have the actual kohls cash at hand I check it Saturday and i Had it in my wallet and now it is all gone this is not the first time this has happen where some one uses my kohls cash and my account is comprise. i went to use it today and i was told i went to store three days ago and used it and i did not. how? when I did not even step foot int he store? someone at ********************************* is steeling my ****** cash. I had to fight to get that coupon i was told kohls cash is like cash if someone use they cannot replace it. this is very rude as how many time i had to call fight to get the money to prove i did not use this .. I think should send me compensation for the headache and hearack not only that i was told next time if this happen then they will not replace it. How is my fault your team let someone use my kohls cash. HOw am i know who use it and when. The only reason i knew it was used cause i went to go use it. I dont get any notification stating kohls cash is being used and if approve or not Your team was very rude and i dont even do much shopping at kohls any more cause of all the hassle i had to go through .. how did someone get access to my kohls cash without my knoweded. was your system hacked and if so my information is comprise. .. you team should not been rude and i even had to say look the security footage to see if i even went to store on that day .. and i even had to prove when last time i went to to kohls store where it was used. .. if it like cash then you should better communication or guidance for someone not to do fraud. or check id and ensure the information matches ia m sure the person who used was not ***** or would not match my address information.

I shopped today, 2/15/25, and the sign instore said $39.99 and when I checked out it was $49.99. I got home and checked the Kohls website and it was prices $41.30. I contacted **** through chat and a ******** told me the pricing it up to the store managers. I now have to waste more time to go back to the store to return the jeans.Business Response

Occasionally prices can be different in store versus online; one reason could be the sizing or color of the item that is being clearanced out; regardless we have accommodated $15 for the pricing difference of $10.53 for the $49.99 versus $39.99 price and the two pairs online being $41.70 versus $39.99, credit difference $3.61. The credit of $15 will reflect on the original form of tender on Order Number ending 9729 within the next 7 - 10 business days.

Placed an online order through Kohls on Feb 7, 2025 for $94.51. After date they were to be delivered, the order stated it could not be delivered and is returning to sender. Called Kohls twice, both times waited for 40 plus minutes on the phone and then was disconnected on Kohls side. The representative never returned my phone call either time even though they asked for my phone number in case we didnt get disconnected they could call me back. I then chatted on the Kohls chat on Feb 15. They stated they could not refund me my money until they got the items back. I explained I dont have the items as they were never delivered. Kohls agreed they were not delivered but still declined to give me my money back. So now I am out over $94 and will have to find the items somewhere elseBusiness Response

I purchased a pair of socks for my husband for Christmas, and they all already have holes in them. I reached out to the customer service chat and two employees (the second of which was a supervisor), failed to provide a solution other than me taking them back to the store. Unfortunately that isnt really an option for me. I live about an hour roundtrip from the nearest location (I made a special trip before the holidays to purchase the socks and few other items). Purchased Dyson hair straightener on 13 Feb 2025. ******* opened on 14 February 2025. Item was not in box, instead replaced with a water bottle. I returned to store on 14 February 2025. Store manager refused to refund money and instructed me to call corporate. I called Kohls customer service, who instructed me to ask for a refund from the store. I went back to store and manager again refused to assist, stating its a loss prevention issue. I just want a refund or an exchange. I understand they were scammed by someone but they sold me a water bottle in a Dyson package for $500.Business Response

Order was marked as picked up by mistake. Store claims they've put notes on the order for customer service to review because they are the only ones who can refund or replace the order. When I call customer service they refuse to look at notes or contact the store and say they can't do anything because the order is marked as picked up. This order was not picked up. I choose the wrong pick up location and thought the order would just cancel on its own if I didnt pick it up.Business Response

There have been other incidents with this same email as missing or BOPUS Order items picked up but customer has claimed they weren't. We have turned this over to our Legal Department for further review.

Ordered a last minute daisy by **** ****** for my Girlfriend online. The store cancelled my order the next day with no reason or option for shipment. I spent my last money on this 3 days before **** and customer service advised me i had to wait 7 to 10 business days or commit to another order which i could not afford obviously because I put my trust that I would receive my order less than 12 hours later. ****** employer ID **** from customer service did not try to help me at all. Can't figure out to reply back to BBB email. BBB sent me an email, but does not offer a reply option. So, clicked on link signed in. I note *********** 1. still does not offer an itemization of what I bought and returned; 2. The balance I set for myself was paying full price for the items (no ****** cash discounts). So, my balance paying full price, no **** cash discounts, after returns should be $150.97. *********** please itemize ALL that needs returned to set me back to a zero balance! Returns with Kohls Cash coupons can get confusing sometimes; hopefully I can help clarify this for you. When you return merchandise from a purchase that earned Kohls Cash, the Kohls Cash value will decrease. If you have already used your Kohls Cash coupon, the amount of the Kohls Cash will be deducted from your return amount.
There was a total of 24 items on Order Numbers *********************3 and ************** were returned except for 2; SKU 33219516, Women's Lace Top Long Sleeve Ruffle Neck Floral Blouse and SKU 70334307, Women's Floral Print Elastic Waist Ruffle Hem Midi Skirt. I verified the $20 ****** Cash earned on order ********** and the $120 ****** Cash earned on order ********** was used on another purchase - order **********. When ****** Cash is used on another purchase it is subtracted from your refund of the items returned.Thank you,
