I placed an order on [1/28/2025] with Kohls **********.The order was supposed to ship but has shown no tracking updates since January 28th.I contacted Kohls customer service on 2/4/********** only response was to wait another day, with no further resolution or escalation offered.I requested either a refund or expedited shipping, but they refused.I would like immediate action on my order: either confirmation of shipment with updated tracking or a full refund.I expect better customer service and a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.Business Response

Hello my name is ****** *********** have contacted everyone basically over 20 + times. Over n over again literally. I have went to the actual stores . I have done everything possible I don't know what else to do honestly. N every time no one can tell me nothing. Except this last time customer service told me they were going to send me a brand new *********** been over three weeks now. Prior to that I have contacted all the customer service numbers for a month regarding my card. Okay so here's what's happening I have a merchandise card that has 350$ on it . But somehow someway you guys canceled it . Which I don't know why because specifically it says it doesnt expire . But I lost my receipt for it. I've had it for the longest like literally since like May or April. N here's the thing I had the receipt at first . Because no kohls would ever let me return 350$ worth of stuff without a receipt. So I had to have had the receipt at a point of time. But now. It's cancelled n no one can tell me nothing. My new card never came . N it's like always a fail trying to talk to someone with u guys. Absolutely horrible customer service. Worst ever. Highly dissatisfied. N all. I want to do is use my card literally. Its my card how can u guys cancel my card that's crazy to me when it's my money basically. Like basically y'all just stole my money in all reality n that's not right. . all I want is there a way for y'all send me a barcode to my email so i can use the card or to send me a new card directly or something. Order #********** was placed on 11/27/2024 through **************************. I received a package with 3 missing items and contacted kohls chat on 12/5/24. The customer service *** stated the items were no longer available and I would be refunded via kohls cash since this was the primary form of payment, "refunded back the amount for this within 7-14 days". I have experienced issues in the past where an item might arrive damaged and have always received email notification showing my refund or ***lacement was being processed. I didn't receive any email notification. I reached out to the help chat on 12/11/24 to follow-up on the status of my refund for the missing items. I also asked if I would receive an email update showing the refund since this wasn't received the first time I contacted them on 12/5/24. Response received was "regarding that, rest assured, once your refund is completed, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the ********* "there are some delays because it's the holiday season". 12/20/24 requesting an update on the refund for my missing items from order #********** placed on 11/27/24. I requested my issue be escalated as a month has now passed without receive the items ordered or refund for the missing items. I was provided chat id ************* as "proof" this was escalated "I will escalate this to your management with the help of my supervisor" agent *****. This chat transcript also notes "As you have used the ****** on the order, it will takes an average of 30 days to receive the new ****** case of $260 and refund $40.08. Please be rest assured about it". I reached out again on 1/4/25 with agent ******* who then linked in their supervisor ****** *. I was told "I see the previous associate has processed the refund, however, the refund is not reflecting on your end." While I appreciate another generic response from Kohls on 2/11/25, this like previous correspondence is not being followed through with. As of 2/17/25 2200 CST, no refund has been received on my end. The bulk of this particular order was paid for using ****** cash. The order on my end does not show a refund is being processed as ****** states. This supposed refund that has been processed is something showing only on their end. This is frustrating and confusing why Kohls hasn't opened an IT ticket or done something to escalate this issue. Instead, repeatedly tell me since 11/2024 to rest assure I will receive the refund yet here I am still without the items I ordered or a refund issued. I have reached out repeatedly with the goal of resolving an issue that I don't have any control over with no assistance from Kohls. I would really appreciate if Kohls opens an IT ticket or whatever needs to be done to refund me for the items paid for but not received.

I was issue Kohls Cash and I was under the impression that kohls was good beyond the expired date. My kohls cash expired. I was under the impression that the kohls cash was good 10 after expiration. I did not realize the policy changed with kohls cash reward. I was attempting to achieve a resolution and unable to with Kohls customer service. Chatted in to cancel my order because I choose the wrong pick up location. I received an email that my order was canceled and I was being refunded on 1/29. Received another email on 1/30 that my order was picked up. Contacted customer service via chat again and I'm told they can't do anything because it's a pick up order. I had a problem returning an item (picture frame) in a store, so I called customer service. The representative with whom I spoke said he would process the return, and I would receive the credit within 7-10 days. I dropped the frame off at the store at customer service that same day, on November 14, 2024.I did not receive the credit within 7-10 days. I ordered a garmin watch as a present for an active family member. the watch was supposed to arrive weeks ago. however on the date of delivery the tracking 1Z66527X0350456112. i found the box to be very wet and damp almost like the internal garmin watch box was destroyed, and my electronics damaged. this felt like a high risk hazard so i instantly provided the watch back and the tracking states After the delivery was made, the sender reported the package was damaged. / Merchandise left with sender. *** will notify the sender with details of the damage. Proving *** made their effort to handle this issues proivded the watch is left with the sended (kohls). currently i have contacted customer service with promises of a manager reaching over my order. and false claims of a refund. i would just like this to be settled since kohls has my damaged package and i wouldnt like to risk this ordeal again. so i am just asking kohls to return my money so i can go instore or source the watch somewhere else as this is a time sensitive gift.thank youBusiness Response

On Jan 29, 2025, I went to ****** in *************, ** to return brand new unused Beast blender (Order #********** Order date: Sep 14, 2024). The customer service *** told me I can't return it because it's past 90 days. I was told the only way to return the item is do a non receipt return, but I would get the lowest sale price. I paid for $119.99 + 9.75% tax = $131.69 total for the blender.But I only got back $86.39 + 9.25% tax = $94.38. I got short changed $37.31. I was not aware that ****** changed return policy from 180 days to 90 days . I have a ****** charge credit card. I have *********** account and I am a ****** rewards member, but I was not sent any emails or mail notifying me about the return policy change. Even on the shipping invoice, there's no mention of return policy change or return due date. I feel like I've been blindsighted. I usually return with 1-2 months if the item is not as expected, but my mom had a stroke. I was swamped between taking her to doctor's office visit, physical therapy, speech therapy. So I put the return on the back burner because I thought I had 180 days.
