      I made a return in Kohls Havertown on 1/13/25. As part of the refund I was issued $52.41 in ****** cash at 4:45 PM. ID: ****************************, exp. 02-12-2025, Number *************** PIN ****. At home I tried to both upload to the app and enter the numbers manually and got an error message. I then chatted with someone and was rudely disconnected with message that my issue could not be resolved without any explanation. I chatted with a different person again who informed me that ****** cash with such number doesn't exist. I was advised to call the store which I did an hour ago. I was told that there is nothing they can do (they can't reissue certificate) and that only corporate can fix the problem. They also informed me that it's not the first time this happened. I then called the general ****** number and after spent time getting the the robots I got a person whose connection was awful and could not get fixed. There was a lot of static and other noise. The person could not transfer me to another associate either. I spent three hours trying to fix the issue that should be that difficult to fix. I feel that I have been robbed and nobody could help me. I would like ****** cash certificate be re-issued or my account get ************************ automatically with ****** cash. I also would like to see a better customer service on all levels.

      I placed an order on 12/2/24 and paid expedited shipping for 1 day. I received some of the items over the next 2 days but the rest were lost by the end of the week with no tracking available. I spoke to manager ******* on 12/4 who processed a refund of $80.89 in full back to my ****** card under confirmation #******-014371 for the missing items and the expedited shipping. On 12/11, I spoke with agent ***** to check the refund status, they stated it was never processed and they would process it now, confirmation #******-015858. Still not receiving the refund, I spoke with agent ******* on 1/6 who stated the refund for $80.89 was still never processed and they would do it, and to expect the $80.89 in full to my kohls card by 1/16, refund confirmation #******-000972. Today I see that a refund of $39.22 was put on my card on 1/11. I spoke with supervisor Neo B. who stated the $39.22 was for the items refunded (which actually totals $55.99, not $39.22) and the expedited shipping was never refunded and the remaining amount of the refund was deducted in ****** cash I had earned and used. Neo B. confirmed the original manager approved the refund to be $80.89 for the 3 items plus the expedited shipping in FULL to my kohls card, and that no where in the conversation was any of the refund to be split and deducted by kohls cash earned/used. That would be ridiculous to refund me in rewards cash I earned by spending money originally, that would mean I paid the refund with my own rewards money I earned and not an actual refund by the company! Neo B. stated the refund would be processed for the expedited shipping $19.95 today within 7 business days under confirmation #******-008454 but I would not be receiving the remaining $21.72 I was approved for by the original manager on 12/4.

      I placed an order for a Sephora fragrance sampler set for $90 that comes with a redeemable voucher to get a 1 oz perfume bottle at **************************. After going through the samples and finding my favorite I tried to order the Nest New York Madagascar vanilla 1 oz perfume oil online only to find it does not exist. SKU # ********. They do carry other Madagascar vanilla sku items but it would lot let me redeem the voucher code. I reached out to customer service via online chat and they told me to call the customer service number and that they would be able to help. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do to help me. I am very disappointed that I wasted $90 for a perfume sample kit in which I cant redeem. I also tried to redeem at ******* and it has to be at a Kohls store. I would like a refund for the purchase price or the option of getting another item from the same nest New York Madagascar vanilla perfume line.

      My order wasnt delivered by *** and en route back to kohls warehouse. **************** wont reship my order and are demanding I pay again to have my order shipped to me. Other option was to wait for the order to go back to the warehouse and wait 30 days for the refund AND THEN reorder again once the refund is processed. Order was placed January 1 and not in my possession it shouldve arrived monday January 6, 2025. Management in customer service made no effort to make me happy or even provide kohls cash incentive for their mistake in shipping my order incorrectly.

      On 12/11/24 I placed an order on **************************, order number **********. Upon receiving the items and trained them on, we noticed the sizes were extremely big compared to the size chart. I went into Kohls Miramar on 12/23/24 To return the items- They told me there was an Issue with their system, and that they could not refund my money to ******. After speaking with two agents on the phone after that, they advised me to go back to the store to place the return. That night when I arrived at the store, I called Kohls and I spoke with ******- whom then asked to speak with returns agent to ensure I Return the item so he can issue my refund. I was promised a refund and have talked to several other Kohls agents after this who have confirmed the refund has been processed. I contacted ******, who mentioned that Kohls has yet to process my full refund. Kohls has received their items in store, its about to be 3 weeks since I returned the items and still have not received my money back. I would like a full refund, please.

      Although you are stating a refund was submitted on. January 6, 2025. That is incorrect. I have yet to receive a refund and have been told the same story several times with different dates. Attached is the screenshot showing the order was only partially refunded due to a price adjustment after purchase. I havent received my full refund as of yet. Please issue accordingly.

      I bought a hair dryer. Upon returning the hair dryer, I was refunded 50 dollars less than I initially paid. When I called customer service, I was told that I was deducted for Kohls cash which I used on a carpet cleaner. I told the customer service representative that order was lost and was refunded. She proceeds to tell me that it can take up to 30 days to process a refund for kohls cash (yeah right). I also found out they are still trying to deliver the carpet cleaner 1 month after it was deemed lost. I informed the lady that I moved 2 weeks ago and I have no way to even receive or return that item. I now owe ************************************************************************************************* my possession to show for it. Talk about cheating their customers. They wonder why they are heading for failure as a company. I will celebrate when kohls is no longer a company. They ran it into the ground. You lost a customer of over 20 years now due to your poor management.

      I made a purchase on ************************** on December 6 using $355 in ****** cash that I earned on purchases the week prior. I never received any of the items in my order and when I contacted ******, I was told by the representative that my order was "stuck" in the system and they were escalating my issue to their tech support team to either process or refund the order. I again contacted ****** and they said it would take until January 6 in order for the refund of the ****** cash to be returned to me via email. I called several times as I had not received anything and each representative I spoke to has given me a different story - it will be loaded on my app or I will receive it in the mail. The latest response was that corporate will contact me within 48 hours, but I have not heard anything from them. I'm a bit upset as I made this purchase before Christmas in order to receive the items in time for Christmas gifts. Not only did I not receive the items, but now ****** is not cooperating with me to refund the ****** cash that I earned by making major purchases the weeks prior.

      I purchased slippers from ************************** over the holidays. The pair I purchased for my son was a little small so I wanted to exchange them for an X-Large. I printed the paperwork off to exchange them at the store. So far so good. Then, I brought the slippers to the store to get the larger size, however they were out of stock on the XL. The clerk said that they could still give me my money back but to call customer service to get the exchange, either they would send me the slippers directly or give me Kohls cash to cover the now regular price of the slippers. It is common policy to offer even exchange on items that are wrong size/color/etc. and they state this on the back of their receipts. I knew the refund in-store was much less than the now full price amount (I purchased over the holidays plus used some kohls cash). The regular price is $44, I was refunded $15.83 due to the sales pricing and using my Kohls cash. I dont want to buy them for the regular price and shouldnt have to. According to 2 online attempts to get this resolved, both agents said theres nothing they can do since I returned the slippers already. All I wanted was for them to send me out the XL slippers or give me Kohls cash if I needed to place the order myself. They offered nothing. I think this is terrible service and I have a feeling they arent properly trained, it was very difficult to understand everything they were saying, but I understood clearly that they were unwilling to help me. I would like an exchange and Ill buy the new ones for $15.83, the same price I originally paid, or store credit for the full price of the slippers minus $15.83 for a total credit of $28.17.

      I purchased 5 Sephora perfume samplers from Kohls online. I only needed 3 and attempted to return 2 to my local Kohls store. They explained they could not accept returns of ******* products. I called Kohls customer service to request a mailing label to return the 2 items. They refused and instructed me to take the items back to the store. The store is refusing to take them. The manager I initially spoke to is not available and did not call me back with a resolution. Im being run around in circles with no resolution. The items are packaged, never opened. There is no indication anywhere that the items are not refundable, not returnable or final sale. I want to return these 2 perfume samplers and get my money back. When I reached out to ******* they had no record of my order. Everything came through Kohls . Kohls accepted the sale But are now dodging responsibility for the return.
