      After my last interaction with Kohls, I contacted them to stop all communications. They do not have an unsubscribe in their emails and there is no way to unsubscribe in their interface. I believe this is illegal. They make it as difficult as possible to unsubscribe. After many months of no communication I received a new sales email from them. I was in need of a few products so I clicked on the email. It was a 20% sale and I found that the prices were extremely inflated and with the sale price, they were just average prices. There was a sales banner telling me to send a text so that I could receive an EXTRA 15% off. I tried it but instead of receiving an extra 15% off, I received a link to their website with their regular items and sales. I contacted and associate through chat but did not receive any help whatsoever. I am attaching the transcript. The associate directed me to another offer for 15% off but that ended in the same result. I have to say I am so sick of these types of scams which direct you to sign up for texts so that you will keep getting enticements to buy but with no actual discounts. This is a scam. The page with the texts Included a support email address which stated you can get help if needed. I wrote to that email address and received an auto reply telling me no help could be found but to call Kohls. Again I felt I was tricked. I am providing both of these links so you can try them for yourself. Note that there were no rules stated with the discounts such as you cannot use more than one discount at a time or the discounts are only good during certain days or with certain products, etc. This is another trick that merchants use. Once again I found myself having to unsubscribe but without any way to do so. I looked at my online account and found no communication settings. There were no links in any of the emails that I just received. It took 45 minutes in chat. UNACCEPTABLE.

      We apologize for our customer's disappointment.  Our records indicate that Order Number ending 3936 redeemed a 20% off discount for the two FLX Crossbody Water Bottle Carriers eligible items.  The Land's End item is not eligible for percentage off discounts as stated online in the item description:" This product is not eligible for coupons. However, you are able to earn and redeem ****** Cash and ****** Rewards on this product."  The 15% coupon didn't apply because only ONE sitewide %-off coupon can be used.  For more information on using multiple coupons please refer to:  ***********************************************************;

      Why does it take a BBB complaint to unsubscribe from your communications? Why do you sign me up every time I simply logon to your site? Also, Your **** gave me those URLs to the discounts - your **** don't even understand your coupon rules. I'm really sick of being lured in by the promise of discounts only to be later told that almost every vendor does not Participate or that coupons cannot be combined or there is some other rule that prohibits me from using the coupon. Also I find that prices are inflated and then the coupon price just brings the price down to a normal price. I believe this is known as bait and switch. You are probably just on the very edge of being legal. I think you should be ashamed of yourself but because it's legal you get away with it. It's all very sad and very bad for the community.

      Since I sent the complaint, I have received yet another email from Kohls even though I am not subscribed to any communication a service from them. The email contained an offer for the same 15% off as I mentioned in my initial complaint. Again this coupon did not indicate that it could not be used in conjunction with any other coupons. This coupon is available for anyone to see so I will not bother attaching it. I do not understand the last response regarding policy. I see that ****** is just not going to look into this or resolve this. The only thing in my power is to no longer do business with them and to share my findings on social media. I will say that I think it's very sad and I don't understand it.

      I understand that I have been [possibly and hopfully] removed from the marketing website. Unfortunately I have been promised this before but I keep receiving communications. I have to say I am very unsatisfied with the response from this business. I explained very clearly about how I was offered a discount on my items several times and gave proof of the discount and how It was not exclusive to certain items and it indicated that it could be used with other coupons but this business did not seem to be interested at all in my complaint. And since filing this complaint I see that the price of the items that I purchased has been reduced; I still have not received my items. I contacted this business because they have a price reduction policy which I meet the terms of. See *****************************************************. However the *** that I spoke with did not wish to listen to my concerns about price reduction and told me to take my concerns into the store. The reason I ordered online is I am disabled and it is not easy for me to get to a store. I cannot say how disappointed and even disgusted I am with the overall lack of support given to customers by this business; It goes beyond not caring and borders on deceit.

      Tracking on Order Number ending 3936 shows as delivered by *** on 12/10 at 11:58AM and **** on 12/10 at 3:25PM.  We do have a 14 day price guarantee that shows the Water Bottle Carriers are eligible, therefore we have accommodated $12 back to the original form of tender; this will reflect on the statement within the next few days.  Customer paid $30 for each one and they are now $24 reflecting a savings of $6 each.

      Transaction was 12 to 24. I ordered two jackets but then I found them somewhere else. My bank has not even processed the payment yet, but Kohls is telling me that I cannot receive a refund.

      I purchased three rugs from Koh'ls online recently and though the tracking says that I've received them (on Nov. 14), I have not. I am unable to find the price of the rugs because everywhere I try to go on the site just floods me with advertising. I tried to look at my ****** card info online, and again it was nothing but a flood of coupons and other ********* place that I looked said that I ordered clothing (men's, which I don't order because I have no men that I buy gifts for). I do have, however, a box from ****** with men's clothing that was sent to **** am providing the tracking number and pictures from my email of the rugs I ordered.I am NOT willing to go to the store to return the merchandise it looks like they sent by mistake, and I want my money back for the rugs that I did not receive. Note that I DON'T know their exact value because I can't find it anywhere among all the c*** they throw up on the website.

      I placed an order 1 item would not allow me to ship it to my house it was pick up only. I checked out with that item in my cart. I sent my daughter in law to pick the item up and was informed they canceled that part of my order. To me this is false advertisement. They advertised this item I bought and paid for it. However they dont have it. I did get reimbursed for the outfit but I would like compensation for driving 35 mins to pick this one item up that they did not notify me was no longer available. They inventory numbers are obviously not correct and they need to take more responsibility for their actions

      Subject: Issue with Orders #********** and #********** Dear ****** ****************,I am writing to address an issue I encountered with two online orders for in-store pickup: Order #********** and Order #**********.When I arrived to pick up my items, I noticed that several items (SKU #********, SKU #********, and SKU #********) appeared to be on sale for a lower price. Unfortunately, the in-store representative was unfamiliar with the limited price adjustment policy during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Instead of adjusting the prices (or informing me of the policy), they refunded the items and had me repurchase them, which resulted in additional costs.I was advised to contact **************** to resolve the issue. However, when I reached out online, I was informed that **************** could only assist with online orders and not with transactions adjusted in-store. This response has left me feeling frustrated, as I am now both inconvenienced and financially penalized for a mistake made by your representative.I kindly request that the additional costs incurred and the $15 budget bucks be refunded.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       **Subject: Immediate Refund Request for Order #************I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent order, as I am still waiting to receive the items intended for my granddaughter. During our previous conversation with your customer service team about our ongoing move, a representative assured me that a refund would be processed, allowing me to reorder once we secured a permanent address. (And then the COVID-19 Epidemic )Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was quite unsatisfactory. The representative seemed disinterested in my situation and responded rudely, abruptly ending the conversation. This left me feeling neglected and frustrated.I would like you to process an immediate refund of $136.53. I had expected better communication from your online customer service, but I am still waiting to receive support or a clear explanation regarding the status of my order.       Nov 23, 2024 Ordered on line from Kohls two holiday adventures candle calendars in Nov Received items #********** on Nov 26. Unwrapped on Dec 1 and one of the advent calendars had a razor blade in the package. Candles not damaged blade was laying in the top. Only thing Kohls did was say sorry here is a five dollar coupon. At the least they should have said they would investigate and make sure it never happened again and offer a refund on the advent calendar. If this had been a child serious damage could have been done.

      I spend over $300 on **************************. I earned $25 kohls cash. I saw it on the website and it said I could not use until Dec 1, 2024. I never received it in my email and when I went on my account on website my ********************** money was gone. This is fraud. I want the $25 I earned that they took away from me!!

      Hello, I recently placed an online order for pick up. The order number is ********** and I canceled my order because I was unable to pick it up. I will attach screenshots of the cancellation email and confirmation from the chat. My order still hasnt been refunded and is showing picked up which it shouldnt because I canceled this. Can my refund be processed immediately?
