      I made a purchase online. One of the items I purchased was cancelled but everything else was showing it shipped with a tracking#. I called to see why I was able to make a purchase and be charged for it and then days later it was cancelled. No information on when it will be back in stock just basically I need to look for another item. I guess I am supposed to be ok with that but I am not. I had this to happen with **** as well. These companies make enough money so that their systems should sync with the inventory. So over the clich "I'm sorry" which does nothing but will make me shop at a different store.

      One star out of 5 with over 400 reviews says it all. I bought 3 items , returned them all. And I didn't use ANY OF Kohl's cash , BUT IT WAS DEDUCTED FOR UNKNOWN REASON FROM MY REIMBURSEMENT. I called to customer service trying to resolve it . it WASN"T POSSIBLE. They simply hang up on me & NEVER called me back. Complete rip off & very disrespectful . Kohl's is the worse store to deal with if you have any issues or returns. Any actions can be taken to improve existing customer service ? Does anybody from the Kohls headquarters ever read the customer reviews ?

      Horrible!!!! I placed an order over $50 to get free shipping. They bait and switch. After my order was placed I realized that not only did I not get free shipping and had to pay $9 for shipping but they are sending one of the items to a store which is an hour away from me. I tried to resolve online but they transfer you to a site which makes you PAY to help you with your customer service issue!!! So I called and was told my order could not be cancelled since one of the items was going to the store! I couldnt even cancel the items being shipped to me because its ALL ONE ORDER!! I basically lost $9 for shipping and the cost of the item that I wont be able to pick up because the store is so far from me. Im not traveling an hour to pick up a tshirt. Extremely DECEPTIVE business practices!!!! Do not buy from this fraudulent company!

      On July 5, 2024 I closed my Kohl's credit card. They indicated that they will send confirmation of this in 7-10 business days. As of July 28, 2024 I have not received any confirmation. What is the next step to get this resolved? There is a zero balance of this account.

      Kohls on *** **** in ******** is a terrible store. Overall Kohls as a corporation has changed its policies and its customer service values. My husband bought several pair of clearance shorts on 7/21/24 or thereabouts for $35.40. I went to return them on 7/26/24 at 6:26 pm and I wanted to buy one pair back because I had previously received a $15.00 30 day Kohls cash. When I bought them back the clearance price went up to $38 and I asked politely if I could please get a price adjustment for what I paid for them. They refused to do it. They said I would have to do some post void sale and wouldn't be able to use my Kohls Cash. The manager there that I dealt with is a male with glasses, maybe Jordan? I am not sure. So, I paid the higher price. As I was walking out with my son the manager was in the back closet by customer service speaking with the associate that checked me out stating I was an "Issue." I confronted him and told he was very rude to speak poorly about me and I told him he should make sure a customer left the store if he is going to speak poorly about them. He refused to turn around and speak with me. The receipt number I believe is **************** *******. I am sick and tired of dealing with Kohls giving the customer back less money and then making them pay more money. That is awful. They keep getting richer and ******** their customers over. I am seriously considering no longer shopping at Kohls as I am not a valued customer.

      On July 25, 2024 I placed an order for 3 products via the Kohl's website. I had never ordered with them before and wanted to take advantage of the in store pick up feature, as I had a flight to catch and this would be the most sensible. I placed the order at 11:20 and by 11:26 had received an email stating that my order was canceled followed by another email asking me to verify my account. Upon verifying, the site stated my order was complete. Unsure about the conflicting information, I called the store to where my order was to be picked up from. I spoke with an employee who informed me that she could not pull my order with me providing the order number, name, telephone number or email address. She stated that she would be transferring me to a manager but hung up instead. I called back, she apologized stating her headset had died an that she would be transferring me to a manager...she then transferred me to an email box, that was full and the call ended. I then called customer service and spoke with 6 different people. No one could tell me why my order was canceled besides the fact that Kohl's reserves the right to verify and when verification not met, then they may cancel your order. I was then told that it would be escalated to see if the order could be resubmitted, as I expressed to the agent that my funds were on hold, I would NOT be resubmitting an additional $140+ for ANOTHER order. I was told I would be contacted upon resolution of the escalation. I was contacted only to be transferred 2 more times and after verifying via a text message, was told that I would have to go online, and resubmit ANOTHER order for an additional $140+.

      Per store Mgr. Suggestion I added $30 to my account. to cover any finance charges. Later in March I requested a refund. They promised three times to send my check. Nothing received after four months. Mgr. told me to keep calling. Kohls was dishonest, fraudulent, disrespectful.

      Called Kohls to report I lost my card, OMG what a riga-more-row I went thru!I did not realize they out sourced too I guess *****,(nothing is handled in the US anymore!) so of course difficulty in understanding them. BUT the thing is they insisted they needed to send me a 4 digit pass code, for which I was calling from land line, but told me it would be thru voice mail, I waited and nothing, they called me to ask if I got the pass code, then said they'd try again. Still nothing..by this time I was so upset I told them I will never do business with them again.HOW STUPID IS THIS! Said this pass code would verify it's me! Well they call my phone which is in their file who else would be calling about a lost card!?

      In April 2024 I ordered a purse online. I was taking so long to arrive and appeared to be held up somewhere. I asked customer service if I could cancel the order and they said no but I could refuse the order when it arrived or return to sender and I would receive a full refund. I did a return to sender. It took Kohls 2 months to refund me, during which time I contacted customer service, all of whom assured me I would get my refund in 3-5 days. All lies. Because they took so long to refund me, they added a late fee to my account. Once they finally refunded me, they left the late fee! So I spent another month with customer service trying to get the fee removed. They finally removed it on 7-12-2024. I was glad to have this behind me. Or so I thought. The very next day I was notified that my credit score had gone from excellent to good because Kohls had reported my "late payment" to them. This is fraudulent. I contacted them and the best they could offer was a review to see if they were at fault. It should have been clear if you look at the transaction and communication history. Now I have to wait several weeks with subpar credit rating while they review. If this isn't fixed, I will have to pursue further action. I have closed my account with them.

      Just fraudulent all around. They sent me an email with a $20 Kohl's cash, when I went to use it, I found out there was only $5 on the coupon. I reached out to customer service via chat and they were useless. I spoke to a supervisor Neo ** and all he did was apologize. I asked to forward them the email and they told me it wasn't possible. It seems like a ploy in order to get people through the door, to then surprise them with a fraction of the coupon.
