      It’s difficult to make a payment online. This is not the first time I’ve had to go to the store to make a payment. It’s as bad as the bait and switch. Looking at this page, all the reviews are one star. It’s as if kohls could care less about their customers. With the lack of caring it’s time for me to pay my card off and forget about ever doing business with them.

      I called and asked to talk to the store manager about an issue. This lady claiming to be the manager named ******* kept hanging up the phone on me and refused to give the store manager the phone . Finally I got ahold of *** who said he was the manager. *** was very helpful. But that ******* lady was way out of line hanging up the phone for no reason. She was very rude.

      I had placed an order through Kohls.com it took them minutes to take my money but after contacting Kohls to resolve a Problem with a delivery address they said they would refund my money so I could reoder the order to the correct address. It has been about 2 weeks since the Lady told me it would be 48 hours to refund my money to my bank card but I am still waiting. They have no one who can resolve the issues available and told me it could be another 14 days. My complain is ti causes consumers to agonize over refund when Kohls has their Products back but the money is not returned to the consume in a timely manner. Kohls needs to do a better job. I have a medial condition that gets worse with stress. Kohls is a hard company to get a refund with. I placed an order on August 10 and discovered it went to the wrong address and the FOE was expired but upon discovering this, I called Kohls. I spoke to 2 people and the Lady Lily said she sees that and my money would be refund $356.13 and as of now they only refund 113. Now they told me today it is done in increments. This is rediculous as they took the money from my bank account in one (1) payment and I am concerned as I was not able to get school clothes for a 6 and 10 year old to them for school and two others gifts a 3 and 2 year old 's Birthday gifts. It caused a lot of heart ach and Kohls is not a well ordered business. It looks like they are not easy to work with or find satisfaction with. Ps there Management Team is not available to help. I have spoken 4 seperat imes to people and it is very difficult to get peace with them. It saddwnwd my heart to think others have to go through such Difficulties with this company. I hope I get my money back. Thank you for your time. Mrs * * ******* * ******* ** ********** * *** ***** Please let me know how we can make Kohls a better Business. ***** *******

      Refused to give refund for item not received.
      I ordered a gift card in April. It was not received via email--junk and spam mail checked. I chatted online with Kohl's help twice. They agreed to send a physical gift card to my home address twice. The gift card was never received. I chatted with Kohl's.com help today, they refused to issue a refund for the item not received. I was referred to a supervisor who also refused to issue a refund. It has been four months since I ordered the item. The only option they gave was for me to contact my bank and dispute the charge. I will not shop at Kohls again.

      I have been a Kohl's customer for many and have written numerous times to customer service without getting any response.
      I have attempted to place several orders and each time I've been no one can take my order using my Kohls Capitalone card. I don't understand why after 20+ years of being a customer, they will not take my order. In addition, I am unable to access my account, so I don't even know if I have a balance due.
      I'm not surprised by the number of complaints filed and plan on boycotting them.
      Is there anything you can do to help me?

      Don't use their credit card. It's just a way for them to charge late fees and interest to their customers. I mailed payment on 7/28/2024 for a bill due on 8/5/2024. They didn't cash the check until 8/13/2024, then turned around and charged me a $29.00 late fee and $1.45 in interest. Their customer service is of course offshore. Beware!!

      Kohls app has a wallet feature in which I had added all of my Kohls merchandise credits from returns. After the credits were added into the Kohls app (gift card section), I shredded the physical cards to be paperless. It worked well for years till on June 4th, 2024, my credits ($250+) got completely removed by Kohls. I called Kohls.com many times to resolve the issue but it insisted I need to provide all physical cards. An electronic wallet should be responsible for providing evidence through its historical data - a common sense in the digital world especially customers owning their own wallet data and having rights to request. It also suggested me to find return receipts and after I dug out one, it told me it couldnt find details based on any receipt. I sent an email to Kohls Fraud department to warn the possible internal fraud case by removing merchandise credits from customers wallets, and expectedly no answer at all. Ive been a Kohls customer for 20+ years, but I am not sure if I should trust its system or Kohls itself - it doesnt address the serious issue of stealing money from its customers.

      I opened a Kohls store credit card in 2014, had a $300 limit, and was never used. In 2017 they closed the card due to inactivity. On my credit report it show paid/closed due to inactivity but its in charged off. I called to get proof that there is a zero balance, that it never had a balance, and asked for it to be removed off my credit report as it is affecting my eligibility for a top secret security clearance. They cant even find my account l, said they cant provide me anything with proof of never having a balance, and could only escalate it and it could takes weeks to hear something back. This is unacceptable. I am a military service member and my job is being compromised by a card that I never used and this company refuses to take any responsibility, immediate action, nor provide documentation for this account and theres nothing I can do about it. This is absolutely ABSURD!

      Super misleading ad email. Advertised 40% off certain brands like ***** ***** ****** etc. Advertised extra 40% off savings for being a member/cardholder. Got to the counter with the stuff and everything was excluded. Totally false advertising.

      This company is horrible for customer service. Credit card services was paid in error electronically. I called prior to any transactions being accepted and the system took my money anyway. My bank confirmed the transaction ID and confirmation number but every day for seven (7) business days, no one even bothered to send the money back as they agreed to do when I contacted them on the phone, and I was told I was on a recorded line. NOTHING was ever done to return my funds. So Khol's will not honor their word made by customer service representatives. They will simply keep your money. Even the supervisors say it will take us several weeks to cut you and check put in the mail and send it back to you. Then to hear supervisor simply state we can only credit your account when you call to check on it. So, which is it? Guess they choose to keep my money. Poorest business practices ever for customers at Kohl's Department store.
