      Mgr at ***** ********** ** should be fired. Victoria was rude, insulted and ridiculed me because I was returning items and would not go around the barricaded ropped off area even though there was a break in the barricade. There was 1 person making a return & I didn't have to walk around another 20 feet, I was next in line. She screamed at me to go around and I would not because I have 2 replacement knees & I just came from the Dr because of a severely swollen leg, mobility is an issue. She was so extremely mad that she took the barricade and closed it entirely off from me completely so that I could not easily make the return. I have NEVER been so insulted in my life! I have been shopping at Kohl's for over 25 years and will NEVER shop there again. I've shredded my Kohl's credit card and intend to inform everyone to never shop at Kohl's. I tried to call corporate and it's impossible to inform the district manager or anyone that is capable of stopping this immoral behavior. No wonder Kohl's is closing numerous stores!

      I had a very bad experience with customer service. I purchased two items and was charged the "on sale" price and used a coupon the I had "earned" previously. I returned the items and was given a partial credit only. After three frustrating calls somewhere in ****, I was able to talk to a *** who insisted on going over EVERY charge and credit on the statement, rather than address the charges/credits that I was disputing. Eventually, it was agreed that I should receive a credit in TEN days, but nothing was credited. I called again and was told that " no credit would be issued" because as the result of this purchase, I had received a coupon for future use. I had received many coupons for future use that I never used, but that apparently is not relevant. Finally, a full refund was issued, but it was charged back on the next statement.I find their shell game of coupons and their use unacceptable, and the credit and chargeback ************** dilemma now is that closing this account will affect my excellent credit rating.I am fighting a principle, not $$. Don't be fooled by the A+ BBB rating.; all that is needed for a good rating is paying BBB dues!

      Iam 60 years old, retired with disposable income. IAM YOUR DEMOGRAPHIC, because you are not attracting 20sometings. I've shopped the Kohls in my hometown ,***********, #**** since it opened. My shopping experience in the past couple of years us so poor I've been visiting less and less. I was there yesterday the people at the registers would rater **** u than look at u. No hello, no goodbye, no interaction. In contrast, went to ******* right after, was greeted hello welcome to ****, did u find everything, , can I help u with anything, how's ur day going. Bet u can guess where I'm spending my $. My friends say the same thing about the kohls ******** ***  (Send a secret shopper) I used to love my kohls, went weekly , now IF I go every 6 months it's a stretch. Look Kohls, IF YOU DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU HAVE NOTHING . QUALITY DOWN, PRICES UP. On the other hand , manager is very nice, I did complain to her. All in all It's a dismal place. I'd really love to see it thriving again. Please help my store #****! And oh BTW. ITS RIDICULOUS TRYING TO SEND KOHLS EMAIL COMPLAINT/COMPLIMENTS. EVERYTHING TAKES U BACK TO THE KOHLS APP . SO HERE I AM AT THE BBB.

      We are a non-profit organization ***** *** **** ****. We order 500 or more coats each year and each year we have an issue with Kohls Cash. The Kohls cash is frozen towards the end of our purchases and can't be used because they think we are selling their product. We've submitted our *****, grant documentation and pictures to show proof that we give away the coats. We buy online because going in person to buy 500 coats makes it difficult and when we did, we were called thieves. The second time we were called thieves was online due to their assumption of us selling the coats. Never once have they asked what we do with the coats, it has just been an automatic assumption from their staff. We contacted corporate last year in early 2024 and it was fixed on their side, a special note was going to be added that we were a non-profit to save us from these issues in the future. Once again, this year the Kohls cash has been frozen, and we were told it was a done deal. We have spent $13,000 this year in coats and in previous years we've spent anywhere from $10,000-$15,000 to giveaway coats. We have decided we will spend our money at another store going forward due to these ongoing issues. We even asked if there was a way we could have a business account and we were told there was no need as it had been fixed internally.

      I was ordering on-line from Kohls mens jeans, and they would not honor the price for the items which stated with discount $20.99, the original price was $34.99. I contacted their customer service, and they said they could not see that price but would give me a discount code to use one time as a courtesy. The discount was only 15%, which did not bring the price down to the sale price showing on-line, nor could I use another discount with it to discount the item more. I contacted Kohls again after the discount code did not bring the price down to the displayed price. Customer service said the notes from the earlier phone call states this was a one-time courtesy discount, and he could not give me a 40% off discount - this percentage would bring the sales price to the correct discounted price shown on-line. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but there was not one available to speak with me at that time and was told a supervisor would call back within half an hour. I never received a call back. Kohls is not honoring the discount prices displayed on-line and no one in their customer service is properly assisting with price adjustments.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM KOHLS. They stole money from me that they said they would refund. The emails they send for refunds have no information with the order number or amount, they charged my ****** numerous small transaction for one large transaction so I cant even dispute it. This company is greedy and backwards. I have called four times, now theyre saying they cant refund me what they promised because I used Kohls cash from a previous order that theyre not charging me for. Insane.

      Kohls ****! I ordered with enough time to get it in time for my husbands birthday and because of their ****** shipping its coming in late ! The site confirmation said it was delivered before his birthday and theyre not Kohls ***** and they oughta do better with their ******* shipping . They have ruined a birthday for my husband because of their ****** estimated shipping time! Nothing but lies

      For years Ive shopped at Kohls and love to take advantage of Black Friday deals. I spent a thousand bucks this year and was incredibly disappointed with what we received. The quality has never been really great but this year it was so bad that Id rather shop on Temu. At least **** offers free returns. I live 4 hours away from a kohls store and they dont offer free returns by mail. Many items I purchased this Black Friday are going straight in the trash. Many products were not as described with very deceiving photos. I guess they feel they can rip off loyal customers and get away with it but they wont. They will go out of business just like ******* did. I wont be shopping here anymore.

      Order an item December 21st. I knew it would come after Christmas and I was fine with that, was to be delivered between December 26th - December 29th. It is now January 3rd and haven't received anything yet. When I called customer service they wanted me to wait until January 7th and then call back. Learned my lesson will never order anything online with Kohls and seriously not sure if I want to even go into the store anymore. I can see when Kohls is declining in sales.
