      On December ******* within 5 minutes, I received 3 calls and 2 texts asking me to contact them immediately. I called them back and they stated someone was attempting to use my card for a $250 purchase in ********. I live in ****. They automatically declined the purchase. The associate told me that they canceled the card as of that day and they will expedite a card and I'll receive it in a couple of days. I received a letter a couple days later saying they attempted to get in contact with me and i have yet to respond. I opened the app today, December 31st, 2024. Here there is a $407 balance on my card. I called them immediately upon learning this. The associate informed me that there is no record of me calling in on the 21st. They had to open a new fraud ticket and could be 2 months or more to receive a determination and 6 weeks before getting a new card. Now I have $407 on my card that I maybe held accountable. If they declined the $250 charge, why did they allow a $407 charge. They dropped the ball on handling this situation.

      Tracking my order was very difficult and deceiving, I didn't receive any updates after delivery date had passed (12/18). Delivering company kept changing from *** to *****, according to them my package was never received by them for delivery. After reaching out to customer service many times, I was told that my package would be delivered that day (Dec. 23), which it wasn't. I called customer service (Dec. 26) and was told they would need to re order, which was acceptable because I really needed my water filters. My order wasn't Kohl's priority and was handled very inadequately also I don't know what happen to my $40 rewards I used for this order.

      Shopping online with kohl's is always the worst. They ship with *** and none of my Christmas packages came. If I'm being honest I'm sure they were never delivered. No pics were ever available as requested when delivered. Still haven't received my refund on those gifts ordered. When I called regarding the refund I was told it takes 30 DAYS to get my money back bc of peek season. Peak season shouldn't reflect how long they're keeping my money as the refund was never issued. It would've showed the refund as pending. But as it's been past 30 days still no refund and when I call customer service they tell me there's nothing they can do as it's already been issued back to me. Same card I made my purchases off of. I belive Khols is trying to pocket my funds seeing as I couldn't reorder the gift they said all were unavailable. And that left me over $150 short for Christmas gifts.

      Kohls cancelled my order that was placed on 12/11/24. I called 4 times and my kohls cash used to place an order is not credited back to my account. I used $346.29 in kohls cash for this order Below is the message I received when my order was cancelled Unfortunately we could not complete your purchase and have canceled Order You will not be charged for this order and any pending charge you may see on your end should fall off within a few days.Any gift cards or Kohls Cash that may have been applied to the order will be credited back within the next two days.

      Horrible, thieves. My daughter bought me a ******** jersey from Kohls, it was to large so all I wanted was to exchange it for 1 that fit.They sent me to the store and they wanted to return it and have me repurchase, this was a gift.I was not interested in a return, I wanted to have the gift my daughter picked out.I was told to contact the on line, I did and they said I am sorry, to re purchase it will cost 50% more. Because she got a Christmas deal. Now I am being robbed by Kohls, so much for customer service and taking care of the customer.I will NEVER consider entering this store, they took advantage, foul me once good for you.

      Kohls canceled my credit card with no notice after having it for 20 years. I got my card in August of 2004. I spent approximately 10 hrs. on the phone trying to find out what happen to my credit card why I couldn't use it. First they said Capital One took over my account. Then Capital One couldn't find my account so sent me back to Kohls. This went on for hours. After being hung up 3 times while waiting for a Manger they finally told me my account had been closed cause I didn't use it. I don't know how many times they asked me if I new the last time I use it. I explained my husband had been sick for a couple years and we weren't really going out much so didn't need any clothes. Then June 13 of 2023 my husband died. So I havent really felt like doing any shopping. But I got no letter of any king and no notification. So looking on my credit file they closed it in Aug.of 2022. And it said Kohls/Capital One The sad thing I have lost so much weight like 70 lbs after Christmas I was going to check out Kohls after Christmas sales. But not know, I went to Kohls this morning to pick up a package they said they would deliver, any lucky I looked last night because they were only going to hold it till tomorrow. The gentleman next to me was doing some kind of business and I heard the lady say sorry. So as him and I were both walking away I said that seems to be the only thing they can say. He said you know when I walk out that door I will never be back. I said me neither. So Kohls watch out. *******, ******, *****, *** **** and many more they have gone out of business or are going because the way they treated customers. I have not been in a ****** store in 5 years because the way my friend and I were treated in the ********* ******. I use there ****** **** once or twice a year so they don't take it away. Its a **** so I can use it anywhere. So think twice before walking into stores.

      I was sent the wrong item twice. The second time I contacted them they basically told me too bad until I argued the description of the item o ordered was not what they sent. They told me 30 days for a refund. Be very cautious with kohls they also scam you with kohls cash. If you get kohls cash for an item you order and it expires, if you return the item they deduct tgg by w kohls cash you never used of the return price.

      Ruined my Christmas present. Husband tried to order for me on Black Friday and it got canceled. Then I had to call and try to order again and they gave me a coupon and I attempted to order again twice and it got canceled both times, even though the item is in stock. I called again and they could not give me a reason for the cancellation, could not reorder the item, and then they removed the coupon from my account. I tried to be extremely patient with the person I was talking to, but they did not understand or speak English well and would not answer direct questions. So yeah, I wont be shopping here anymore. I literally cant, even if I wanted to. What a sucky Christmas gift - thanks for nothing Kohls.

      I placed an order through Kohl's.com on December 2nd, 2024. One was a gift to my granddaughters and was supposed to be delivered on December 12th. After 3 phones calls and several online chats later, they tell me that since a label was created but the carrier doesn't have item yet they can only issue a replacement to be sent. Really? I didn't get my first one and now you want me to wait on second one......NO!! I told them that I can drive to Kohl's store an hour and a half away from me to pick it up they said they couldn't do that. Wow!! What a joke. Then said that if I call tomorrow, they can issue a refund but it'll take 7-10 days to receive. I won't ever buy anything ever again from Kohl's and will be closing my Kohl's card as well. Will not recommend anyone to their stores or website.
