    Has been an absolute horrible experience!!!! Will never recommend!!! Purchased on October 6, 2021 and was told **** weeks but they have been coming early so they thought would be closer to 8. We were very excited about this and chose them because of this reason as we had a 3 month old and 2 year old at the time and their windows needed to be replaced by winter due to the bitter cold. We put $3877 down and paid $1577 to GreenSky for financing. We heard absolutely nothing until my husband called 16 weeks after purchase. We were then told April and they would be in contact. April came and went so we again called. They told use they would be installed hopefully in June and if not would contact us. Again, no contact! We again called and are told anywhere between October and December (***** months after purchase)!!!! I asked To be transferred to a manager and the representative on the phone stated, Ive been instructed to forward no calls! We put over 50% down on purchase and have been making monthly payments for windows we do not have and now may need to go through another ********* winter (with a 1 and 3 yr old) with windows that need to be replaced!!! I called GreenSky and while they have cancelled the account so I am No longer required to make payment, I have Asked 3 times for them to send me my refund check and have yet to receive. That started back in September of 2022z I cannot Express in words how frustrated, hurt and put out by these companies I feel. We are out over $5000 and have two little kids at home!

    We placed an order with Window Select for a new front door in October 2021 and paid half down (over $2,000) on the product and installation. It is *********************************************** hand. We have contacted then (both tried and successfully) numerous times looking for a status update. We have been told of the delays in production, fine. At this point we would just like the product in hand (no installation by the company). Currently, the phone number associated does not allow you to speak with anyone and directs you to send an email which I have done with no response.

    In March of 2022 I ordered 5 windows, for my house and made a $1,000.00 down payment. I was told the windows should be in by September. I called later in September and was told they were not made yet, and they should be done and installed on January 2nd 2023. I have tried calling the company several times and only get a voicemail. I have also tried sending emails and heard nothing. It's getting close to a year and no windows and no contact from the company.

    Hired Window Select to do a window project in my home. Representative came to house on Feb 7, 2022. Check was written for 50% down - $1306. Checl cleared on Feb 11,2023. Was told and was written contract work would be completed in ***** weeks. I never heard back depite several attempts to be given a date for completion. Made original request to cancel order which was not responded to in late July. Have made multiple phone calls each week fro late Oct - Mid Dec. Was told I would hear back from someone within ***** hours - No phone calls were ever returned. Phone calls are now automated and simply direct callers to customer service website. I ahve made multiple e-,ails each week from mid-late Dec until present to both the company website and also the customer service website. Have not recieved an email or call despite those attempts as well. This company has stolen money from me I cannot afford to have stolen. I reqiest my money back in full plus intrest for the time they have held it without following through on their contract.

    I ordered windows from them in February of 2022 and have not heard back from them since. I've called them numerous times, emailed, and nothing. I just want my $8,000 back.

    Refund of $2,024.00 as that was the down payment for four (4) windows purchased from Window Select on 9/29/2021. Windows have never arrived. Company fails to provide any follow up communication. We have lost all confidence in this company. It is now 15 months after the down payment!

    RE: On January 13, 2022, I paid a deposit in the amount of $3,000 with my AMEX credit card for all new windows for my home. At that time, I was informed by the sales rep ******************* that installation would occur within 8 to 10 weeks of the order being placed. Since then, I have received no communications directly from the business with any updates regarding the status of my order. As shown on the attached email thread, I contacted the company numerous times, and was informed that the installation would be delayed time and again. Eventually, they stopped answering phone calls and responding to emails as of early November, 2022. To my knowledge, the business has done nothing to try to resolve the problem or deliver on the commitment to install windows prior to the winter season, as I had been assured with each contact. We are completely dissatisfied with the lack of commitment to customer service and all evidence indicates this is an illegitimate company that does not deliver upon promised services. Therefore, I wish to receive a full refund of the $3000 deposit paid nearly one year ago and cancel the order, if it indeed still exists.

    On October 30, 2021, a salesperson with Window Select came to our home. We purchased siding, windows, gutters and soffit. We gave them a check for a down payment of $18,697 that day. Financing was set up with Green *** for 12 months. That has been paid as of October 30, 2022 for $43,626. We have received numerous install dates but to date, we have not received any product. Where do we go from here?Thank you,*************************

    On February 22, 2022, we ordered six windows and one sliding patio door from Window Select sales representatives, *********************** and ***************. We made a 50% down payment of $4,484. We have received no communication whatsoever from Window Select. Our telephone calls have not been returned. Our inquiry on their website has not been responded to. We have made numerous telephone calls to Window Select to determine the status of our order. Whenever we have called and reached someone, we have been told the order is two months out. After continuing to get several extensions, we would now like a refund of our full deposit.     About 2 years ago I bought new windows with windows select and was told it would cost **** dollars so I paid it and they told me the windows were on a hold because of supply issues and COVID but I have been waiting for almost 2 years for the windows ( which I have already paid for) to be installed. Every time I contact them they give me a supply issue problem and tell me they will call back when the windows will be scheduled for installation but never get back to me. I have called them 20 to 30 times with the same responses. But I have already paid for them and this is the second winter without them.
